Kinda bad for 70$ very under packed, no snacks involved in the happy bag as thought, definitely won’t buy again only came with like 5 things you can get from SHEIN or dollar tree

I ordered the Pokémon happy bag, expecting booster packs and a range of fun gimmicks, but it was filled with cheap Pokémon gear, including a bath bomb, pins and stickers. I did receive a fairy starter pack that I think is valued at around $5 AUD. Not worth my money, and the price I paid for the happy bag. The picture was misleading, and it seemed they chose every cheap Pokémon thing they could find and called it a happy bag. Although the plushie and little figurine were cool, being worth 65 USD is a joke and a straight-up scam.

Loved the Hamtaro lucky bag! Would highly recommend if you love Hamtaro. It had a great variety of goods and characters.

Great communication and many shipping options overall great experience

I left the two star review because unfortunately opening the happy bag was underwhelming. I got the Final Fantasy bag. I was so excited for the snacks and received none (just like another review said they didn't receive any snacks either). I got a pretty cool clock, folder, small towel, cards, book, and 2 cheap small figures. I was disappointed that I didn't receive any main character items. I won't be buying from this company again. I want to urge that it's so important that you put the things in the happy bags that's stated on the website or else people will be disappointed.

Really great customer service

The box whenever it came was completely destroyed, not their fault, my items were okay, but I would expect from ordering surprise bags to not have duplicates in a singular order. Unfortunately got quite a few dupes. I don't believe the items that I bought were worth the money, although I'm happy to have some more Minifigures. Tariffs are crazy, so unfortunately that's going to push me away from buying again.

The stuff is cute but honestly really not worth the price. Shipping was fast, so I had no complaints with that but probably won't order again.

Package everything was in amazing condition and quality got the Umamusame bag. Loved the mystery to it. Plus came on day 1 of the 8 to 14 time frame.

Total ripoff

Sent a tracking number 3 weeks after order. Still hasn’t shipped 10 days after that

Very pleased with my order, received it, and got exactly what was promised. Worth the money, especially since it feels like gambling, but with merchandise you can trust is high quality, and in good condition because that's how I got mine in. Definitely might buy again in the future.

Items were good quality but not sure they are worth the price I paid, including shipping that was nearly 50% the price of the bag. Disappointed in variety - it is almost entirely keychains with one medium item and one large item. No snacks, no stationary, no stickers, no other fun things. And it all came very tightly packed in a small plain gift bag. All in all, some fun items, but not what I expected to get based on the image and description.

Disappointing, I paid for 2-5 business days delivery, I get it 14 days later.
The box looks so small, compared to the advertising, how the bags look, I doubt I’m getting what is advertised.
I read many online reviews, how poor this company was, I can confirm, they are correct

I have ordered from Hello Japan twice now. They have exceeded my expectations. I love everything Disney and my Husband loves Final Fantasy. We have enjoyed opening our happy bags, and we will be ordering again from Hello Japan! Keep up the great work! I know small businesses are hard to keep everyone happy!
