Worst broker I’ve ever dealt with.
I signed the mortgage protection documents two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my insurance documents, which I need to provide to the bank for drawdown.
I’ve called customer service five times, and each time they extend the timeline while I’m on the call. The last agent told me she had my policy document and would send it within 30 minutes — it’s now been over two hours and I’m still waiting.
My policy start date was two days ago, and I still haven’t received any documentation.
I strongly recommend not wasting your time going through Hello.ie.

Very easy to talk to and discuss life insurance with Kenny McInerney. Never felt rushed over the phone calls, and the info emailed to me after the phone call was very helpful.

Dan Mason helped me through this process. I had been dealing with a number of advisors before going to Hello. I was contacted within hours of the online application and was brought through options over the phone. Necessary follow ups were brief and to the point and flexable to my availibility. It was not pushy and all info was honestly delivered. cannot recomment these guys enough

Hi, is this company still in business? It was all smooth and straight forward when I signed up with them in August 2023 to get a life insurance but when I emailed them again in August 2024, I got an automated message to say that the staff member that I was dealing with is no longer working with Hello.ie Insurance and that I have to email the suggested staff members. I did email the suggested staff members but received no response, so I sent the same email to the address advertised on their website in September 2024 and still waiting for a reply. I am only available via emails as I am working during the day and won't be able to take any phonecalls. I am beginning to wonder now whether it's worth going with an insurance company like Hello.ie that does not communicate well.

I can't recommend hello.ie enough. Kenny was my advisor and I can't recommend this man enough, he really deserves a promotion, he explained everything so easily and clearly, thanks very much for all your help
