These people have promised a refund for an order I cancelled due to slow processing. For FOUR MONTHS I have been sending emails reminding them they owe me $130, only to have people assure me the refund is either being processed in the next day or so, or that it has even already been put through. No refund yet. It's pretty clear they are just stringing me along so I get tired of begging for my money back and give up.

You are terrible company! Damn terrible! You are liar! Damn liar! Your company said to me we paid your money to your bank! This is lie! Where is my money? 1 month and any money! I bought clothes from urelovely.com and ı saw at my card your site's name.This is cheat! You are cheat! Dont buy anything from this company! I'm so serious and now my bank work for taking back my money!

AKA Missiapick, Berrylook, Fashionmia, FashionMe, Kyrakiss, Hellocloth... on your statement you may also see Xi'an Ao Peng Network Technology Co., Ltd. ALL of them are scams. Different site names but same company.

Positive reviews are most likely fake. Some of these sites offer incentives for 5 starring them, like Instagram influencers

Recently I ordered a bunch of stuff not knowing it was all the same company and the shopping experience was a cross the board horrible with each of the sites

Like others I ordered and paid extra for the shipping. Four weeks later nothing arrived. I emailed the company and didn’t receive a response. A few days later I contacted them via dispute through PayPal. I was told the item had just shipped out the day before and that the problem was international shipping but due to the inconvenience I was offered an coupon and asked to close the dispute. Of course this wasn’t acceptable and I said no thanks and I wanted a partial refund and I’d return the items. Again I was told to wait patiently and was asked a second time to close the dispute.

I really felt they were pressuring me to close the dispute and it seemed odd.

Did a search and found that others had the same problems I’d experienced I escalated the dispute to have PayPal resolve it on my behalf and within 24 hours they didn’t just rule in my favor they refunded me 100%. In my escalated dispute I expressed concerns that these vendors are scams. Using several aliases is definitely shady. So if you used PayPal definitely dispute it!

Gosh, the service and support from that consumer is the poorest I have ever experienced. They steal your money and never send the goods, promised a refund 8 weeks ago and parcel dispatched 4 months ago.
They don't bother to return your mails. Please be aware, they are not to be trusted. Surely there is a by far better supplier rather than using a Chinese outlet.

Finally got the clothes i paid for but the quality and the items were nowhere near the description or pictures. Kept asking for the address to send back for a refund and they kept stalling for weeks to give me the address. Finally got the address so returned items for a refund which they received back signed for around 12th October. Should of had a refund for around £80 after loads of emails got a refund of 76 pence. Loads of emails later and complaints to paypal i have just been refunded £69.00? It cost me £15.00 to return. Paypal have been no help what so ever. Never Never Never buy from Hellocloth.

I wanted to like this sites clothes and service sooo much. But it has been hard. After various attempts I finally got an answer for my return and refund request but Tina, asked for the sku numbers of the items and I have been sending it for the past few days. And nothing. The original order... HE60087-XA was divided into to shipments in the first I received the Items sku 5018645 and sku 4816930, that I would like to return or get a refund due to stitching mistakes which are unwearable. The item sku 5425614 did not arrive at all in this package. And the order says it was included. I would like to return this items and receive a refund for the not received item. But I get no answer. The other shipment was cancelled by Hellocloth ... that I understand......but not helping with the other items is really a shame.
I am truly disappointed 😔

Hellocloth is really a fantastic company and firstly their delivery time is great and fast. Their clothing is of the best quality around. They really know how to size their clothes well and their stuff is quite stylish. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company. If you need some new fresh stylish clothing then you must try out Hellocloth and you’ll be glad you did. That much I promise.

The outlook of clothes I ordered was just perfect. I was delighted to feel that Hellocloth looks for their customer satisfaction very seriously. Ich habe für insgesamt 72 $ drei Artikel bestellt. Angeblich sollten die Shirts aus Baumwolle sein und die Latzhose aus Leinen. Alle drei Artikel haben sehr lange auf sich warten lassen und kamen einzeln. Leider sind ALLE DREI Artikel aus Kunstfasern und von der Abbildung im Original sehr weit entfernt. Ich bezeichne die Artikel als Plünnen... der Rückversand würde mich über 40€ kosten.

What could you ever ask of from a reliable online retailer? I got my order exactly as purchased and expected. Though I was scared at first because I ordered 6 products, but to my surprise, all came in without any damages

One of the factors this store looked great to me was that the larger sizes were also there in the different varieties. That is something does not happen very often in the online shopping world. SCAM ALERT!!! I placed my order and paid for express shipping. I never received my order and they company has not responded to repeated emails and attempts to contact them. I never even received a status update. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I just called my bank to initiate a fraud claim. Don't waste your time.

Missiapick is another name this company goes by. That is the website I ordered through. Hellocloth is what shows up on my bank statement. BUYER BEWARE!!

Serious Scam alert. They sent the wrong dress. I ordered it again and they sent the wrong dress AGAIN. They won’t refund delivery charges even though it’s their mistake and you have to pay to return the items. Mine were returned on 7/27 and they have made one excuse after another not to refund my money. Today, over 3 months later, after admitting they owe me over $30, they offered me a $15 credit toward another purchase like that’s even acceptable. They are a scam. Don’t buy from them. Crooked. Worst customer service ever.
