THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! I ORDERED A LARGE CROCHET BLOUSE (SINCE IT WAS FROM CHINA) AND IT IS A MINI TINY CHILD SIZE!! YOU CAN'T CONTACT THEM. JUST LOST 30.00USD AND IT SERVES ME RIGHT. I HAD HEARD THEY WERE SCAMMERS.... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
I WOULD BE SHOCKED IF THEY REFUND ME IF I CAN GET THEM TO ANSWER.... SCAMMERS!

Terrible company. Don’t buy here, it is s scam. The dress took months to arrive and was very poor quality. It looked nothing like the ad. Months later I am still waiting for a refund. I get ridiculous emails from them asking me to be patient.

The money for exchanges will not be transferred back. I´ve been waiting for my money for 6 months now, and I'm always being comforted

A waste of time and money. Never buy here. I had the horrible experience of taking a dress. I arrived after about TWO months and then turned out to be a total squalor. It totally did not look like the photos they had advertised. I therefore decided to return it and I am still waiting for a refund. (dress purchased in May).
NEVER had a similar experience happened, a series of incompetents answering your e-mails, I want my money back.

Never never never shop this company anymore. I did wait for my order for more than 3 months and of course they didn’t send anything to me so that I email them and keep remind them during this period and I still haven’t receive my order but they keep telling me that they are busy on this or that or whatsoever. I sent them an email that I don’t want it anymore, I just want them to refund me back, but they reply me that I need to wait for another 15-20 WORKING DAYS, because they have to DEAL with their colleagues?!
Do really wanna know how many days that I need to spend on them.
I don’t need anything from them, I just want my money back.

I am really happy with you. I thought I should just give it a trial but you really surprised me. I order a cloths, shoes and bags for my wife and It was excellent and fast delivery. I promise to always order with you. Thanks a lot I will broadcast to all my friends and family to shop with aqulabuy. I love you wholeheartedly. Keep it up. You are the best.

Do not order from this company they will steal your money,total scam stay away from them they will rip you off

Total scam!! Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely no contact very disappointing

I wanted to share my experience with this company with anyone looking to order from here. I ordered a jumpsuit from them in the spring. I received it in July, 3 months after I placed the order. It came and was too small because apparently their sizes are fitting to Chinese not American sizes. I returned the item two weeks after receiving it. I tracked my package and it was received at their address on 7/30. First I had to prove via email that it was received! Customer service gives you the run around in every email correspondence. When I had proven proof of receipt of the merchandise, the customer service representative indicated I would receive my refund in 10-15 days. It is now 9/25 and I have not received my refund! They say they are not scammers (their words not mine), but I'm not so sure at this point! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU'LL BE SORRY!!! I KNOW I AM!!!

Una estafa total. El envio nefasto, tardan muchisimo y eso pagando envio urgente (de 5 a 7 dias) , reclamas y te dan largas. Te cobran nada mas hacer el pedido. No dejan pago con paypal. Y añadido a eso cuando llega el pedido no tiene nada ke ver con la foto (ni la tela, ni la forma, ni siquiera el color). Una estafa en toda regla. NI SE OS OCURRA PEDIR NADA. ES UNA ESTAFA

This company is horrible to deal with. They sent me a damaged item that was also the wrong color, and was much shorter than the photos on the website, and the quality of the fabric was cheap.

When I contacted them, they offered to refund me $8.00 on a $40.00 item. Since then I have sent photos and several emails to only get an automated email with no conclusion.

I will never again order from this site. Its cheap products from China, that they glam up with skinny models and funky jewelry.

Still waiting to receive my 100 dollars order.
The Dhl tracking number the conpany provided is unknown by DHL.

It seems that the "company" "politely" communicate as if the products is on the way, ignore the possibilty of refund and systematically send another false tracking number.

I ended up receiving the package around 10 days later. The dresses will need to be slightly altered, which I expected since her hips are a little bit wider than the product measurements.
