I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!
I ordered a jumpsuit which didn’t arrive in the time stated. When I contacted them regarding the order they informed me that the product wasn’t even in production yet and asked me to choose something else instead. I told them I’d rather have a refund which they agreed to. 3 months later, after numerous emails promising its being processed I still have no refund.
Every time I email about it they apologise and ask me to wait just a few more weeks.
From the website, I understand I’d be refunded within a couple of weeks if I’d returned an item. Why am I getting nowhere??

I ordered some nice looking clothes from Hellocloth. And I was glad that I did when It was delivered. Honestly I was expecting to something of low quality and dull colored bit I got exactly what I saw and ordered. The delivery wasn't time consuming and their customer service are very polite and professional. Ny girls didn't believe that I got the killer dresses from Hellocloth. They ordered and I'm glad that Hellocloth didn't disappoint. Guys try it out and thank me later. You won't regret it.

Do NOT buy! I ordered 2 items, paid extra for fast delivery., 7-13 days. First item shows up ( not at all as described on the site) after 2,5 month, and several reminders from my side. Today, almost 3,5 month after the order I got a mail saying the other item is shipped.

After two months of receiving my items and them overcharging me, as I found the same items on eBay for more than half the price with no shipping fees unlike hello cloth, they have now charged me again, using my card details. Exploitation and scam company. Need to be shut down ASAP. I remember after initially making the order and then seeing reviews on Facebook and utterly regretting it. Have to speak to the bank now ASAP and probably get a new debit card!

These are straight up scammers. I cancelled order number HE22047-XA on June 11, 2018, through a Angela at hellocloth.com. Now, I've receive an email with this saying that my order is on the way and here it is August 18, 2018. Now I have to go back through the hell of trying to return items that don't fit and are of poor quality. They have the right name: Hell-o'-cloth indeed.

These scammers are the worst. First, they steal my money and when I cancel the order, want to return the low quality clothing that's too small - they can't supply me with a return address.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. I don't know how social media can allow them to advertise and rip people off the way that they do. It's SHAMEFUL!!!

Please DO NOT order from the company Hellocloth. They are thieves, crooks, scammers and liars. Contact your credit card companies and cancel your orders. Hellocloth is doing the ultimate "bait n switch" scam. The photos on their site are not the clothes that you will receive. They are making garbage clothing in China. I order 2 dresses OMG make out of sheets😡 they are a disgrace to the clothing industry . Am still waiting for my refund.. After I paid to have them shipped back to some place in California? Ive ask CNN. News watch dog to please do a story on Hellocloth they need to be exposed and the owners and workers taken to jail ...Any social media they are on need to taken down. We are reporting them to reported to fb as I type this notice.. As also contracted the Chinese Authorities. I want my money my back. Nonsense.....

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this dirtbag company. When a company sends clothing with measurements far off what they specify on their website (and may I add that the order was place April 28 and arrived August 9th) and refuses to send a replacement....what more can I say?

Overall, it was a great experience. It just turned out that the fabric that I ordered it was meet my expectation. Proper Cloth has changed my life. Maybe a tad dramatic, but seriously my days of endlessly shopping to find the right shirts for my husband are over. We can order EXACTLY what we want and know the fabrics will be spot-on as well. Best money I have ever spent on clothing.This is excellent experience with him.

Just What I Ordered

This is my third time of using Hellocloth, I waited this long before reviewing their product, to check if they are consistent. I am happy to say, Hellocloth has been consistent in their services. I get every piece I ordered; excellent quality, great customer support, and fast delivery. Will definitely call again

I ordered 2 dresses on 27th May for a wedding 6 weeks later... never received in time wasn’t even dispatched was told it would be an additional 8 weeks.... had to cancel the order. Now it is 2nd week in August and still no refund!!!!! Do not order from this company they are not dependable and steel your money! Do not know what the do to get my money back...... extremely disappointed $63 lost so sad......

No, no, no. They are crooks. Charged me immediately and two months later I’m waiting for a refund for merchandise which NEVER ARRIVED! Avoid this seller!

I wish I could rate it less. I made an order May 2018. 9 items. I'm still waiting on two of the items, of 7 items that I did receive 4 of them where the wrong everything. Wrong size, wrong height (the maxi dresses are sized for super short people). Summer will be over soon. One of the largest issues that I'm having with this company is that they asked be to wait to receive my total order to put in my return. It is now August and I'm still waiting on my last two items. Now it looks like they have blocked me on Facebook Messenger so I am unable to follow up on my claim with the items that I have in possession. This is poor business practice. I should have done my research on this company since it is overseas. Let the buyer beware. I hope that this helps future buyers. At this point I don't know how I'm going to recoup my money. Pitiful.

EDIT: SEPT. 6 2018 - Surprise, after leaving the original message here o. TrustPilot, I was contacted. I was told via email that I had to prove that my last two missing items where never delivered (which I did immediately, because I had already done the tracking). I was then notified that my replacements where on their way, with the SAME EXACT TRACKING NUMBER AS THE PREVIOUS. AUGUST 19.

I was asked to change my review of the company, WHY would I do that??? This order of over $100 ORIGINATED in May 2018. The middle of SPRING for SUMMER apparel. We are now in SEPTEMBER. Instead of refunding my money we go through this circus.

It will be my duty to warn everyone about this company and their subsequent name changes going forward.

This is such a scam. What you see in pictures is nothing like the product received. And adding insult to injury service stinks. I couldn’t believed eve the dress I received. Was supposed to be linen it was polyester an Xl but would fit a 10 year old girl maybe. Don’t order from this place. If I could give a minus rating I would.

Ordered 2 dresses after months the first arrived and was in a very bad condition, badly made and not similar to the photo based on the order. The customer service in regard to returning the products is still going on and on, asking the same questions - pls avoid this company!!! Have still not got my payment back

PLEASE, PLEASE do not waste your time or money with this company. I bought a dress at £30 and it took weeks and weeks to come after various excuses for its delay after my email complaints. The advert shows in description cotton/linen and calf length. ( Round neck plain cotton/linen maxi dress) What I eventually received was 100 % polyester and in no way shape or form resembled the dress in the advert. It is truly horrible and of terrible quality, and comes above my knee. A complete an utter con!
When I complained I was told why don't I give the dress to a friend as a present !! Are you joking - no one would want that as a present! Then told I would have to pay the extensive fee to ship it back to them even though they have blatantly mis-sold a dress. Someone is making a lot of money and I bet it's not the people who make the clothes. If I could leave a zero star rating I would.

I ordered and received several pieces from this company. The clothes I received which were suppose to be my size, therefore should have fit a grown older women....but they would not even fit a seven year old little girl. I returned the items to the address in Torrence and I have not heard from, nor received a refund. Do not use this misleading company.
