Panorama de la Parroquia en San Miguel de Allende ...no words, we had a marvelous staying in this beautiful house. It was prefect, clean, well equipped and perfect for 7 people. Regresaremos in lugar a dudas.

Excelente servicio, el alojamiento está perfecto y completamente equipado, tiene ubicación privilegiada ya que a menos de 3 minutos encuentras: supermercado, oxxo, gasolinera y el centro está a menos de 10min.
El residencial cuenta además con seguridad las 24 horas.

Everything was perfect starting from the organization and ending with the little details in the apartment which made our stay feel special. We will definitely go back! Highly recommend 👌

Unreliable and unsafe. The door code given to us ahead of time did not work and repeated calls to the contact person were not helpful. They had a very poor attitude and gave us multiple other door codes to try - none of which worked - it was all very disorganized and did not instill confidence. They did offer to send someone to meet us but instead they kept sending codes, including the MASTER CODE that opened all doors and all rooms at the property. Major security breach! We obviously did not feel safe after that (if they so easily gave out master code to us because we were eager to gain entry, who else would they pass it to?) and all the while the person we were speaking with was rude and impolite. I do not in any way recommend staying here or working with this company as they have shown no concern for safety of their guests. Horrible.

I have never experienced anything so awful. And the worst part was everything up to this part of the trip has been amazing. I love Mexico.

After failing to give us a door code that worked, the “hotel” HOLT tried to give us different codes, one of them finally worked and we finally managed to get into the hotel. BUT then the rooms were not numbered in a clear way, and we went to the wrong room, which we were able to open with another code!!! We discovered that this code could opened ALL the rooms! ZERO security. We called them to try and resolve the issue (as the room assigned to us was also not the one we requested) and the woman was unhelpful and insisted we were in the wrong - she literally shouted and blamed us and refused to help.
It was an upsetting experience, one which is not at all reflective of our Mexico trip. It is such a shame that HOLT in Oaxaca was so rotten.

Near the old town but in a quite area, good taste, great bedrooms, great living room. A very stylish place to stay in a historical building.

Beautiful apartment in Old Town Bucharest, close to everything.

La estancia fue increíble, me sentí como en casa, todo estaba reluciente y sumamente limpio. La zona es muy tranquila y cómoda, con una excelente ubicación para desplazarme a cualquier zona de San Miguel. La alberca contaba con agua caliente y limpia, las áreas verdes son muy bonitas y bien cuidadas. La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme con ustedes.

Our family of 5 had a great experience at the location in San Miguel de Allende. The house was new,modern and very spacious. The kitchen was new, well equipped with cooking appliances and silverware. It was very well kept and clean. It’s located in a brand new gated community. The staff was very friendly and accommodating if we had any requests or questions. The location was very convenient and close to Zona Central -just a quick commute via public bus which passes every couple of minutes or 5 min taxi ride. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and spacious home to stay on vacation

Fabulous food and service, especially from Che

Probably one of my best experiences with Booking.com. The apartment is located very close to the Old Town and is around 500m to the metro station. The place was in pristine condition, very nicely decorated and very well looked after. We had everything we needed as if it was our own home including a Nespresso machine with a couple of capsules, a small but perfectly working washing machine, air conditioning, jungle concept all over the place including tableware. We were only three people and used only two, but there are three double bed rooms providing comfortable accomodation for 6 couples. Clean and tidy as it can be... The only setback is the lack of a parking facility near the building. We could not drop off our luggage close to the apartment and had to carry our stuff all the way from the safe closed parking that was really far away.
