We had an amazing stay in Bucharest with Holt, the apartment was clean and downtown close to lots of restauntants and other stores.

A truly luxurious stay in San Miguel de Allende!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this stunning house during our vacation in San Miguel de Allende. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the elegance and comfort this home offers. Every detail, from the decor to the furnishings, reflects sophisticated and tasteful style.

The food and cleaning service were exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to cater to our needs. We enjoyed delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients, which truly elevated our experience.

Additionally, we loved the convenience of the transportation to the city center. It was easy to explore all the wonders of San Miguel de Allende thanks to the transportation service provided by the house.

Furthermore, the location of the house is perfect. It's close to local shops, which allowed us to easily stock up on everything we needed.

I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a luxurious experience in San Miguel de Allende. We will definitely be back on our next trip to this beautiful city. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!"

We booked the apartment knowing that we were a group of 8 people. In places it was as it should be nothing superfluous. Very nice decoration, bright. With an incredible view of the people's palace.
Clean apartment with all the comforts of breakfast and bathroom.
In a very central location with no problems and no hustle and bustle in the area.

I literally loved everything about HOLT experience. The check-in experience, the accommodation, the checkout as well. All, top! And if I am to mention the thing I loved the most was the design, the decorations, the furniture, everything about the looks of the apartment. The location is also very inspired, right in the city center and looking towards the Dambovita river and the Piata Unirii fountains.

I had an absolute great time at Holts Vallarta location. It was so clean and chill my friends and I would return anytime! I'm currently planning on returning now!

My recent stay exceeded all expectations and truly felt like a home away from home.
The apartment itself was beautifully appointed, with stylish decor and thoughtful touches throughout.
The living space was comfortable and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The location of the apartment was also ideal, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.
Communication with the host was excellent.They were responsive to any questions or concerns I had and provided helpful recommendations for things to see and do in the area.

La casa está hermosa, muy limpia, camas súper cómodas, cada detalle de la casa es hermoso, el jacuzzi climatizado es un súper plus, no hay ni una sola queja ni observación, la atención fue cordial y respetuosa desde la reservación, sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos en esta hermosa casa.

Brill location, easy check in, the apartment was exactly how it looked on the pictures and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive with queries and even let us have a slightly later check out! Would 100% use them again ☺️

My husband and I had a great stay with Holt! The room was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located, with many great restaurants and attractions nearby, including a nice restaurant for breakfast/lunch right below. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return to SMA.

Please be aware that when you arrive you need a number to enter. When you're traveling all day and low availability for internet the last thing you expect is to need a code to come in because the door is locked and nobody answers when u knock or greets u. Basically a high end hostel. The unlocking door device needs to be powered on to enter the code. No guest service is available only a "security person" and no "lobby". When we arrived (Friday night) we let the "security person" person the air conditioning was not properly working. They said they would have someone check on it. Nobody came by. The following morning we alerted the cleaning staff about the air conditioning not properly working. They let us know that we should message the hotel service application because the guest two days prior than us have alerted them about the air conditioner not working but it was not fixed. I messaged the property by the application. They stated they would not have the air conditioner fixed until Monday. We went through 3 nights with no air conditioning rooms are extremely stuffy since no airflow is available other than a non functioning air conditioner.
Monday we left early for an excursion and arrived about
4:00 pm. We entered expecting a cool room. We entered to a hot, humid, muggy room, closed room. No message from the hotel service as to the maintenance or even an update as to the air conditioner, basically the worst night since it was a very hot day. I messaged them again only to be answered un professionally and bothered indicating the air conditioner was not fixed since they were unable to get someone to check the issue. Day four without an air conditioner at one point the air conditioner completely shut down. Tuesday we were out all day, this time the hotel finally had someone come and fix the issue. It's very unprofessional and in poor taste to claim an air conditioner is available and not have it in a working state with guests coming in. I understand things break or don't work but after FOUR NIGHTS a room change or proper maintenance is required. The hotel service has been nothing but unprofessional and absolutely disgusting and has coerced my 5 star review to have a refund initiated.
Please be aware. Needless to say the worst experience l have EVER experienced. Beware of room 1!

Update: they have now emailed me threatening for a lawsuit for my review. Once again offering me $200 refund to remove my review. Coercion and harassment to another level!

Very disappointed with this company. The support is almost non-existent. Everything took hours for basic questions to be responded. They expected us to read a long manual instead of providing support.
for example, they never mentioned that Parking is not included and parking outside is almost as expensive as the room itself.
We’re not coming back to San Miguel de Allende and much less to this hotel.

We were the lucky ones to be one of the first guests in the apartment after it was renovated. Should be honest- it was one of the best places I ever had while travelling. Perfectly decorated, light, clean, cosy, quiet, well-planned layout, very comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen. It has wooden floor and heating control therefore our stay was very comfortable in March.
It takes about 10 minutes to get to the old town of Bucharest by foot, bus station and metro are only 4-8 minutes away.
The stuff was very friendly and helpful, responding very fast and providing with solutions.
I would definitely recommend this accomodation for everyone who wants to explore a very beautiful city and to feel like at home!
