The chain arrived scratched. They replaced my bracelet, it seems to be rusting after 2 weeks of wearing, it looks like a fake product. And when I asked to exchange it for a new one because there is a life warranty, they told me. Your order has already been processed once. The warranty is valid for one use only. My partner ordered 2 pearl necklaces for me. Both turned out to be plastic beads painted with pearlescent paint. Do not order from this company! They are a fraud. they are now not honouring the lifetime warranty the offer, saying it has been a year since we bought the necklace so cant help us. We only noticed they were fake once the paint started rubbing off. FRAUDEULENT COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Absolute joke of a company. I bought a chain and bracelet knowing the items were not going to be top shelf. The low price obviously means it's not the finest jewellery you can buy. The only reason I purchased them was to see if I liked the size and length before taking the jump and ordering real silver with silver prices being so high. I was adamant that stainless steel was the lowest quality, at least I could continue to wear it at work saving the silver for outside of work. These guys have the chain listed as stainless steel, it's not even solid stainless steel. Both items are clearly plated, after 1 month of wearing them, my neck and wrist have both started to go green. The base metal is copper by the look of it. The colour of the copper is showing through in specks on both pieces. This is where the green skin is coming from. They even plate the stainless steel. Why is my question? Stainless isn't a precious metal. Not listed as plated. Unfortunately, this review will not allow me to add pictures otherwise I would. Absolute rip off and no response from my complaint emails. I can't even wear it unless I want to be green. £100 in the bin. Both clasps didn't work upon arrival. I had to adjust them with pliers.

Do not order from them! They don’t deliver and then stop responding and steal the money. Big scam!

I have ordered a ring. It never came. It s been a month since I ordered, and the customer support is a complete joke.
If you want to cancel an order, they take 20% of it, it doesn't matter if it arrived or not.

Bought 2 chains one in rose gold and one in white gold they look good this was a month ago have not wore the white gold one its still in the box so been waring the rose gold one for 3 weeks now the clasp is beginning to fade or corode don't know but it can't be real wish I'd checked on hear first before ordering but the thing is the company in America helloice.com has nearly a 5 star rating while the UK is just above one have not contacted customer service yet I will update after contract

Its being a month, and the order is still in process, meaning it would take another month to arrive, IF IT ARRIVES!.
They keep telling me to wait a few days, and nothing has changed, order still in process, havent send anything and give me the same answer every time they contact me (once a week)

The material they use is not sterling silver it changes whether you get water on it or not it’s awful. Do not buy from this company at all at all.

Jumper I bought created tiny fibres that got EVERYWHERE. In the air, breathed them in and now struggling to breathe. Was blowing my nose and more and more black fibres, my nose would just would not clear. All over my face, neck and body which was totally black, all inside my vape which I had been inhaling without realising. All over my computer which then struggled to run, bed, clothes, eyes. The black fibres from this jumper literally have been collecting EVERYWHERE. HIGHLY HIGHLY DANGEROUS PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! The jumper is very low quality and I should have guessed, but I had no idea it would do this. Never seen anything like this in my life. Had to throw it into a bag to contain the fibres and need to get it disposed of properly. Oh and mot only that, first time I've worn it and all the pattern is peeling off. PLEASE RUN!!!!

Unfortunately, I got scammed by this online jewelry shop. I ordered a necklace that was supposed to be gold-plated, but within just 1 week it turned from gold to a copper color. When I contacted their customer service in writing, they offered to send me the same product again or something “different,” but gave no guarantee that the next item wouldn’t have the same issue.

On top of that, they asked me to pay them even more money — and when I asked what the extra payment was for, they simply ignored my question. I also offered to return the discolored necklace for a refund, but they refused to accept it.
This is a complete scam. The necklace cost me almost $200 and it’s basically worthless now. Do not buy anything from this online store!

Very fake the jewelry and when asking for return they said yes but the shipping cost it's more higher than the cost so it's the more stupid things that I do . Buy in this company!

Made a purchase and the website captured an old address. I IMMEDIATELY updated my address while the order was still processing. I also submitted multiple tickets through their website to update the shipping and updated my shipping in the account. Two days later I see that the order was shipped to the old address. No reply to my request, no way to contact them. No recourse at all whatsoever.
