Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback! Just to clarify - our sizing guide is on the website and the wraps can be trimmed to fit perfectly.

As for chipping on day 10, our reviews typically show 2-3 weeks of wear without issues, so this isn't something we commonly see.

Sorry these didn't work out for you this time - happy to walk through your application step by step if you want to. Like all nail products, they do take practice!

We’re glad you’ve been able to enjoy gel-style nails without the worry of damage or the cost of regular salon visits. It’s great to hear you found them easy to apply and remove, and that they lasted around two and a half weeks while still looking good.

Catching in your hair at the grow-out stage is usually the sign it’s time for a new set.

Thanks so much for your review, it’s great to hear how well you got on with them.

Really glad you found them easy to apply and that they gave you that salon look, and even better that your natural nails felt good underneath too. Two weeks with a change of colour choice rather than needing removal is exactly what we aim for.

We’ve put a lot into making sure they’re a gentler alternative to things like BIAB, so it’s great to hear that difference coming through.

Thank you so much for your review, really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Great to hear they’ve been easier to apply and shape compared to others you’ve tried. There can be a bit of a learning curve with sizing, especially with wider nails, but it sounds like you’re already getting the hang of it after a couple of sets.

A small tip that can help is gently warming the wraps before applying, as they can be stretched slightly (around 1–2mm) to improve coverage.

I’m Therese, the owner of Hello Nails, and I use the wraps myself on my own nails all the time. As you’ll see from the other reviews here and the hundreds of photo reviews on our website, they do last well when applied correctly. That said, application technique makes a big difference. Like all nail products, there can be a learning curve at first.

We provide full step-by-step instructions and a video, and I’m always happy to help personally if something isn’t working as it should. If you’d like to get in touch, I can talk through how you applied them and see where things may have gone wrong.

We know how frustrating splitting nails can be, so it’s amazing to hear how well your nails held up and that you saw such a difference after your first set. Two weeks with no splits, and still going strong after gardening, washing up, dog grooming and DIY, that’s exactly the kind of real-life wear we design them for.
