Our group of four did the O Circuit in early March, and Hello Patagonia exceeded our high expectations. Leslie was always in contact with us, answering all of our pre-trip questions and providing information in a timely fashion. She's fun and easy to work with. We received super helpful O-trekking tips from her staff before our departure. We agreed with Hello Patagonia's choices for us on lodging locations, and loved the bonus pre-trek hike. Planning a big trip like this from overseas can be worrisome, but Hello Patagonia gave us good advice, tips, and communication from beginning to end. Thank you!

My husband and I did the W basecamp with Hello Patagonia in February 2025, and came back now for the W circuit! Our experience with Hello Patagonia was flawless - everything was perfectly organized. Leslie and her team are so friendly, helpful and caring - they truly make us feel like family. The W circuit was an amazing hike and definitely worth it. I am already itching to go back... Lesile from Hello Patagonia was awesome . She was very communicative, super patient and understanding - our first time in the region with, of course a million questions. But Lesile made it so easy and enjoyable to plan our extended W trek. The booking process was flawless. The two camping companies they used for our trekking were all pretty good. They provided us 3 meals. Our drivers for dropping off and picking up for the extended day were puncture. Overall we had an amazing experience W trekking and Lesile and her team made the entire trip more enjoyable. We highly recommend Leslie and her team.

Working with Leslie from Hello Patagonia was such a great experience from start to finish. She was super responsive on WhatsApp—like, answering our million questions within minutes—and you could tell she genuinely cared about making our trip amazing. One of the best things she recommended during our planning was taking the boat back from Grey Glacier. After four days of hiking, we were SO grateful for that suggestion!

We asked for an early start on the trek and Leslie was able to make it happen for us, which meant we reached the Base of the Towers before the crowds showed up. It made such a difference having that peaceful experience. And the sunrise drive into the park was absolutely gorgeous—we spotted tons of guanacos along the way, which was pretty cool!

Here’s what really stood out: we kept running into other hikers on the trail who’d booked through different agencies around the same time as us, and they were dealing with accommodation issues and meal problems (especially dietary restrictions). Meanwhile, everything Leslie set up for us was perfect. The tent she booked for our first night was honestly the best camping experience we’ve had, and those three-course vegetarian meals at the end of each hiking day? Total godsend.

The pre trek briefing at Hello Patagonia’s office in Puerto Natales was also very helpful. We were given clear advice on pacing, gear recommendations (we literally used everything suggested), and Leslie even helped us grab hiking poles at the last minute.

We finished the W Circuit with the feeling that we had completed a journey that truly marked our lives, overcoming personal challenges and living experiences that will stay with us forever. The Hello Patagonia team made all the difference in helping us feel safe, guiding us, and organizing every stage of the trip in the best possible way.
The preparation instructions, the briefing meeting, the transfers, and all the tips and suggestions were incredibly valuable, and we are especially grateful for the direct support from Isabel and Leslie. If you are thinking about doing the W trek, definitely use Hello Patagonia to book it! I had such a speedy response from Leslie when I first enquired. She answered all my questions, provided a really detailed guide book and then managed to get everything booked for us really quickly. Payed off in 3 installments and then continued great communication leading up to the time of going! Met at the office in Puerto Natales day before for briefing, all necessary details provided, lovely lunch for the next day then picked up and taken to the start. During the trek there were no issues with any of our bookings and we had such a fantastic time. Thank you again for helping me achieve my bucket list dream! Myself and 2 friends spent a long time researching Patagonia and finally settled on trekking in the Torres del Paine National Park with much help and guidance from Leslie.Hello were very thorough and helpful enabling us to confidently book the self guided O circuit. We had 8 days ( 12/11 - 12/18 2024) amazing, once a life time experiences trekking the O Circuit of Torres del Paine National Park. It seemed like a logistical nightmare attempting to book everything for the O Circuit ourselves, and so in the end after reading such good reviews, we booked in with HP and from then we had instant peace of mind. From our initial outreach right up until our briefing the day before the start of our trek (thank you Paola! Renting trekking poles the evening before was definitely a lifesaver!) our experience was first class. Leslie was our main contact throughout and a delight to communicate with - always so genuinely friendly to the point where I always looked forward to opening her emails! We had the pleasure of crossing paths too and it was lovely to put a face to a name. Couldn't recommend these guys enough 😊

We had a wonderful O Trek experience booked via Hello Patagonia. Communication was a highlight, with very quick responses to all emails. They provided helpful information that made the entire experience smooth, and sent us on our way with a great boxed lunch for the first day. Would definitely recommend using them!!

Highly recommend. We booked the self guided 5-day W-Trek through Hello Patagonia and couldn't recommend this company more! There are a number of logistics that go into planning this trek and Leslie and Paola made the experience seamless. They were very responsive, booked every campsite (full room + board) and answered all of our questions leading up the trip. Having a private shuttle to/from the national park was great and not something we found offered by other tour companies. Hello Patagonia stored all of our luggage during the trek which was very helpful.

Our group of 3 had a long standing ambition to trek in Patagonia. After much research and contact with various companies we opted to go with Hello Patagonia to plan the Full Circuit for us. We could not have chosen better! All our pre trek communication gave us the confidence and preparation for the task ahead. It was undoubtedly the experience of a life time! We recommend using Hello Patagonia. I’ve failed booking the O in the past and ended up with fewer nights than I wanted on that trip, it was more of an L then a W, or O!!! So I had to come back for the O and I let them do it for me. Leslie got the whole O, meals, beds/sleeping bags, plus transport (bus out, private back at 5pm the last day). The briefing the night before the hike was valuable too. PS- the trail is easy to follow but twice I had to check a (pre downloaded) app for a fork so have an app for backup. Of our O cohort (the people doing the O in the same sequence of days) they either used Hello Patagonia or spent the frustrating hours doing it themselves. So, you could get lucky and book yourself, in the right order, with sleeping/meals or you’ll get 90% and have to carry food or food and a tent and sleeping bag, for 7 days for just one night …or just book with Hello Patagonia. Oh, and the standard review stuff, they were nice people, payment system worked from US, people were on time.
