The service was punctual, the diagnosis was quick, and the repair was immediate. The technician was very helpful and answered all my questions about the situation.

I submitted a warranty request for my sprinkler system. The company that was assigned didn’t come to my house. The technician called me and asked what the issue was. I sent pictures and he said oh that won’t be covered so I asked him to cancel the request. Next I get a call from the sprinkler company saying they are submitting a request to get it covered. I am now having to pay the 95.00 service fee and no one has been to my house, no one has looked at my sprinkler system. Super says the vendors getting the money, the vendor said they aren’t getting the money. So why am I being charged for a service not completed? So far they have paid for no repairs that I’ve had to do on this house. It’s always we don’t pay for that!

Great service! Everything is what they say it is with the service and no surprises at the time of payment! And they keep you informed with the arrival time.

He came to my home 2 visits 1st time I didn’t have enough funds to cover charge I texted him 3 days later to have him come back and he came ahead of schedule. They were fast to reply and send a tech out to me….Technician was prompt, polite and professional. Explained everything, found the cause of the problem, and had the new parts in his car. Waited patiently to let my washer go through its drain cycle. Although they push buying the warranty they don’t insist, but then the price for the parts were pretty high, but by then they got you.

Adam was great and resolved my problem. Very nice and friendly!
