Recommended from a friend and placed an order. 1 month down the line I can feel the difference. Feeling more energetic throughout the day. Taking the collagen has really helped my skin and hair growth. A lot more healthier than it was before.
Packaging is very sleek and very well put together. Great instructions on how to take certain capsules and powder products.

I’ve tried a few others and there


I’ve tried a few others and there products have great packaging, good taste masking and the formulations actually seem very well optimised for a therapeutic dose. The magnesium dose seems to be well formulated with the right amount of glycinate. I’m sleeping much better now and find better muscle recovery from gym then.
