Instagram is very usefull app.it is good for entertainment.reels are very good.It provide us information about social media and connect us with the most popular celebrities and tiktoker etc.

This is absolutely the worst site for performance and even worse for support. It is impossible to get support for a problem either live or reading passed answers.

Overall I enjoy IG... or rather, I used to. For whatever unknown reason (I did not break any of the Community Guidelines), they've restricted my account and are automatically deleting all my posts, stories, and reels. I am restricted from following anyone, commenting on anything... my account is pretty much non-functional (and this impacts my professional, business account as well). I have contacted IG support dozens of times via the app and by email; zero response, zero explanation. Allegedly you get some explanation why they would take such measures, but all I keep getting is "we are restricting your account because you may have violated some of our Community Guidelines".... and then nada; appeal after appeal goes into a black hole... Frustrating.

A company that seriously HAS NO idea of what customer service is. NO follow up, NO care towards its users.

Very disappointed in the help service provided from Instagram. They don't care to help their users when we are struggling to access our accounts. They don't have any care for the users.

I’m not getting any help to login to my account just keep going round in circles without the same issue being solved

Bom conteúdo e vejo que cada dia eu estou evoluído aqui dentro dessa plataforma do Instagram vejo que me identifico muito por isso eu gosto dessa empresa só tenho que agradecer muito

Instagram mi ha bloccato un messaggio che ho scritto ad un gestore di energia elettrica (per ricevere da loro un messaggio scritto anziché telefonico), con la motivazione che io sarei in cerca dei "mi piace". Ciò mi ha lasciato sbigottito, esterrefatto e sgomento. Ogni qualvolta che succedono fatti analoghi, io mi chiedo se i controllori di Instagram sono davvero in grado di capire le situazioni, se fraintendono o se non capiscono proprio nulla. Eliminato l' account nel marzo 2025.

Really disappointed about the plateform's policy.
My last comment (I asked chatGPT how many elephants Botswana had and he said they had between 130,000 and 150,000. So what's 40,000 to him? Danm! This man is really serious!) on a post saying that the president of Botswana had threatened to send them 40,000 elephants was deleted on the platform, as it would go against the guidelines.
Since when does the platform forbid commenting on the buddies of accounts you follow? It looks a lot like censorship, and it's not the first time my comments have been removed even though they didn't offend anyone or violate any guidelines.
