I wanted to provide another review update to my remote bank opening in Asia.

I had totally given up on HELPYOU and my remote bank opening in Asia. I truly believed that the company was just grabbing money and scamming me, since the relationship is virtual.

I had sent a wire transfer from my account in Canada and it had failed and with my previous frustrations, decided to that the money was lost and it was just time to move on.

My private banker could not speak English, so my frustration grew even further; as this option was additional fee which I had paid for.

However, Natalia was mindful of her reputation and took it upon herself to investigate deeper into why the transfer was rejected. After her due diligence; she found out the problem was linking my profile to the correct account.

After almost two months she started to message and I continued to just ignore. I finally booked a call and she confirmed the that my initial transfer was received and in my account. FINALLY.

Moving forward Natalia has promised me a support in my transactions in the country to mediate the language barrier as I move forward.

I must say that Natalia, did keep her promise of fixing my problem.
