Great service, friendly staff. Happy to help or offer advice.

Helpful, efficient and great price for the jacket we bought. Thoroughly excellent, thank you.

Been shopping in H for years always great customer care and a personal touch from Darren and the team , they know exactly what your looking for and have a great selection of styles and new brands , a gem of a place to shop .

Easy to use website, good range of items. Highly recommended.

Ordered Friday evening, arrived Monday morning.

I bought a Ami Paris gilet and i
am more than happy. Also the site was easy to navigate and the staff were polite when I collected. I don't think you can ask for more.

First time using this company but they haven’t disappointed. Ordered some shoes online. Items arrived on time and exactly as described. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Great job!

Very good shop, excellent staff, great choice, highly recommend

Useless "security system ', didn't accept payments from official bank accounts- twise. !!!
Stay away from this amateur e-seller!!!

Although I was sent the wrong item , the communication and subsequent customer service was very good , just need to update the website more frequently

We visited the store to look around. My husband loves their clothes and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. He found a jumper he liked and tried it on for size with the help of the Manager for guidance. As it's my husband's birthday in 3 weeks we left without buying the jumper. I then went onto their website - which staff told us about - and ordered the jumper. They offer instalment payments which if you've bought anything here before you'll know is great as it's an expensive shop! I've never bought anything myself but will buy again because of the payment options. My order was ready to collect within 2 days. Although it took me a week to collect, I was told they hold orders for 2 weeks.

Great communication, fantastic service

After previously returning an item with absolutely no hassle, I purchased another item which was sent and received in no time. Customer service was excellent and delivery time was rapid. Couldn’t recommend more, great company.
