These gummies are the best on the market . My mother who has dementia has the sugar free 20mg they heve twirl any pain she has in her body the swelling in her feet have disappeared and they keep her calm. I take one once a day at night to help me sleep . I’ve recommended these to a lot of people even my mothers doctor has been impressed .

The container was opened inside the plastic bag package & the contents strewn all inside the plastic bag. When I put the gummies back in the pot it was about 2/3 full. So a lot of money for a very poor service unfortunately.
