Edit I had to cancel my order as it still wasn't sent to an post for delivering to me and I requested that at half 5 or 6 o'clock this evening and is still sitting there as they emailed me back quick and said I'd get my money back by the 2nd of October shame as its a good place just gone very slow...Placed an order on the 29th early in the morning had to physically email them back and forth that evening and the next day just to get my tracking number but in fact they didn't even have the package packed up or anything they just printed the label to make it look like it was being shipped now...don't get me wrong there's stuff can be good but they could do with working on their packaging and getting its sent out as if you order before a certain time with tracked post you get it on the next day as I do with all my parcels in Ireland bar this place I think they just like to sit on labels and then get your order ready at the last minute so another day without it and it's not going to be here tomorrow either and they don't deliver on Saturday so it's going to be Monday for a bottle of e liquid for the sake of shipping times when their only two hours away from me I'll be sticking to my other hemp company from now on as this will be going back as it won't be landing tomorrow and there's going to be no one here for the next week never have I come across a site that doesn't ship out the same day when you order on time and it was really odd I had to send that many emails before getting my tracking number but yet they only just printed off the label when it hasn't even been sent or handed over to an post since the order at 11:30 that morning the order was placed.. and also States all order shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed and paid for and physically says you will get a tracking code once you paid for your order so once I didn't get that yesterday I knew there were just sitting on that order for some reason well unfortunately I won't be coming back again I used to order off this site a lot on my other accounts when they were good like two years ago it's just gone lazy now

No issues with ordering. Was shipped super fast. Really happy with the CBD I received. Have ordered again 😊

Ordering from Hempture was great. Contacting them by email and talking to a real person was easy. They always reply within a few hours and are helpful to assist you with anything regarding Hempture, or an order you placed. I had placed a rather expensive order and was worried that it might get "lost" so they said they would ask the courier to call my phone beforehand, and to only hand the package to me specifically, which helped a lot and was a big relief. I have ordered from Hempture many times before and it has always gone very well. They are the first one I go to when I'm in need of CBD or CBD products. I know they're reliable when I recommend them to someone I know and I trust they won't let them down either. Thanks, Hempture.
