I have been wearing this white band 24/7 since i got it (2 months) and it still is as white as the day i got it! It is secure and comfortable. I bought another band off Amazon but returned it because it would pop off the watch. This one fits perfectly like it is OEM! And the 2 loops that good the band strap have the bump to keep them in place. They give you really high quality tools and even extra screws. I but this brand for my kids' Forerunner 35 as well.

Bought this to replace the factory silicone band. Couldn't be happier with it! Super comfortable straight out of the box. Holds tight, and no loosening of the velcro yet. I work outside in the desert and bought a second band so I can wash one and wear the other. The only issue is the end does fray a bit. But for the cost, it holds the color, stays in place, and is far more comfortable then the factory silicone

After 7 months my Hemsut watchband broke. I emailed them for a replacement because their website says "All of our products carry a full satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unsatisfied during the first year following purchase, email us at..."
They emailed me back and told me they would not replace the watch band because it was more than 6 months old. When I pasted a screen grab of their website stating a 1 year warranty on "all of our products" they changed their story to the warranty does not apply to their products bought on Amazon. This company is dishonest and won't honour their own published warranty, avoid! Zero integrity. Scammers.

Just received my new band for my 22mm Fenix 7 - Amazing quality. Defiantly buying another band from them again.

Poor customer service, false advertising on website. Customers beware of false reviews, they remove all negative reviews on the website.

Website says quality guarantee but emailed them and no response.

Edit after reply. Took more than a week to reply. Customers please look at the website, it says customer satisfaction guarantee, the product was of poor quality and they have conditions to their product guarantee, they try to make customers buy a new one and send another one. That’s not customer satisfaction guarantee nor is it a product guarantee at all.

Great products and great customer service. I ordered 2 watchbands and they sent me the incorrect size. I emailed them about the issue and they responded the same day, sending out the correct size and I love both bands. Plan to order other bands by them. Thank you so much.

I’m extremely satisfied with the quality and price of the two leather watch bands. However, the black and orange nylon band is the wrong one, It dos not fit my Amazfit Bip U Pro Smart Wach. And in the package there are no imformation to return the wrong wach band.

I really like the selection of straps. I we going for a vintage look for my Vertex M100. I found 2 Horween leather straps. The ordering process was super easy and I received them in quick order and without issues.

It works as described. A comfortable band that can be cleaned. Shortening it was a breeze.

1. After payment for th order there was no confirmation from the vendo.2 there was no norice of shipment procedures, and after the parcel was sent no tracking nr. Info was provided3. Site wld not accept nsg frm me.

This watchband is great. The leather is soft and is real leather.

Price was very ok for the high quality strap and free shipping however delivery took forever and they didn’t update customer with tracking details and ignored all of my attempt to reach them via their build in contact us form in their website. I had to escalate case to paypal after 3 weeks of waiting for them to reply and gave me my tracking details
