Brilliant company for speed and customer service

Have been using Hemx for my cats CBD oil for a year and impressed with the service and product. Have now tried the CBD oil for people and even after a short time, equally impressed. Would recommend and will be purchasing again.

My dog has a cancerous tumour on her face, To remove half her face and some of her Jaw was a No No...So while she is still with us we want to make her as comfortable as possible, I have brought quite a few bottles of the full spectrum for dogs over the last few months and she appears relaxed and comfortable So I will continue to give her this CBD oil until she is no longer with us.

Appears to be helping my dog and received updates on status of order and received within a few days or so.

Amazing product and company-I’ve been using them regularly now due to my gorgeous lurcher having dementia (CCD) the vets couldn’t offer anything that worked the cbd oil has allowed him (and me)to sleep as it has reduced the sundowning massively. Recently called Hemx for clarification on dosage etc and they were amazing , informative and really caring about My boy . If you are unsure about CBD oil for your pet defiantly get in touch with them you won’t regret it

Our dog is using this CBD oil for a few months and we are more than happy with the result. He responds badly to an anti-inflammatory drugs so using CBD oil is healthier, all natural. We are very happy with the product and will be purchasing more in the future.

Always easy to order & quick delivery i have found my dog does not limp as much this is only my 3rd order have heard can take up to six months to see any real benefit but im happy so far & will continue to order

Having three of my cats suffering medical issues, I decided to research other ways to help my cats alongside veterinary intervention with pet CBD at the top of my list.

After looking at various websites, I decided on hemx, however, even after I emailed them via their website service, I have still not received a response. I also called them numerous times after finding their phone number on google (at different times) to ask for a little guidance and advice, but the phone just rings out and no one bothers to answer either phone or email.

Such a shame as I really wanted to purchase from you - but your customer service is non existent.

Not sure how the other reviews say you're very helpful when in my case "help" has been nonexistent.

Having received a response via email, I believe it's only fair I update my original review.

Hemx apologised for the delayed response stating they are very short of staff currently due to the summer holidays and having to do their annual stock check.

I appreciated the response and I must say they answered my query as thoroughly as they possibly could and were very kind and most helpful.

I have ordered their product, so I will wait to see how it helps my cats, but in terms of their handling in customer service, I must say thank you and apologise for not understanding you are a small company and being understaffed.

I have given 4 stars as I can't give 5 (yet) as I need to test their product once received.

Our cat was given 3 - 5 months to live after sadly finding out that cancer had spread to her lungs, I did lots of research into anything that may help her as the vets gave us no options and came across Hemx.
We are now 5 months in and about to start her 2nd bottle, you wouldn't even know anything is wrong with her!
She's gone from sleeping all the time to being out and about mooching in the fields, eating normally and full of energy. She's in no pain now either and although being much more affectionate (an added bonus!), she's back to her old self.
I can't thank Hemx enough for giving us more time together and for working wonders that traditional routes wouldn't. I would highly recommend :)

My cat has really benefitted from using this. Her anxiety has reduced which is lovely to see.

Great company to deal with . Quality drops which appear to have a calming effect.

Early days yet ( 4 days ) but using for my cat with severe skin allergies 5 drops morning about an hour after food same evening , I have the 250 mg bottle.
