Similar to other posts, purchased an electric circuit breaker scanner detector that has been shipping for 5 weeks. Customs delays, etc and the shipping logistics tracker looks shady and fake. Company sent an invoice for product and shipping at $44.98 and then charged my card an additional $40.99. Email exchanges claim they’ll rush shipping and no refunds, etc. Credit card quickly resolved the matter as fraud. Don’t order from here. You’ll be sorry.

Scam company that tried to double bill me by charging 60% sale tax. They first tried to deny it. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They gave me a $6.50 credit (30% refund) and shipped the product which has been stuvk in Ireland for almost 3 weeks (or at least that's their story). Avoid the headache and don't order. I see I'm not the only one with issues with them

I purchased the stackable socket adapters at the beginning of June 2025, by the end of June the product is held up in Oklahoma City and still hasn't moved. Contacted Hencethus and they said they were shipping another immediately. This was on July 16th, still nothing and today is July 27,2025... First time using them and last, not happy, not happy at all...

First of all, the reviews I am seeing are not for clothing they are for solar powered string lights. I thought this was a clothing store. My product doesn’t fit me correctly so I would like to return them for a full refund because they have never been worn and I have just received them. The return process is very frustrating. Feeling like I got scammed. They are asking me for pictures of the product. How will that help. The shirts are not damaged in any way they just don’t fit me. Asking for pictures is just delaying my refund. I am afraid I will never get my money back. Also, it took a long time to get my product. It had to go through customs in Ireland so I can only imagine where it was made but not in Fayetteville, US like the address here says.

The shipping process was excellent. Both items arrived faster than expected and securely packaged, ensuring their safety. Loved the real time updates - they made tracking the shipment incredibly easy. The overall delivery experience was definitely ahead of the curve. Two thumbs up!
