Steve found us a great deal and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. He communicated clearly, was always available to answer questions, and went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. We felt genuinely looked after and confident every step of the way. Started working with Steve as we were first time buyers who are completely new to the house buying process. Steve answered all our questions and explained the process, helped with the offer process, set up our Mortgage and we are currently heading for completion.

Would recommend Steve to all buyers who are looking to purchase a property and will be back in touch when it comes to remortgaging after our fixed term.

Was not told about the product fee that was added on until we completed the mortgage, no options given for with or without and what worked best for us. He did get the mortgage quickly for us though, other than that he isn’t very good. Doesn’t give you the full picture - just wants your money. Not worth the £699 fee. Many companies doesn’t even charge a fee. I’ve left an average review for him on google and he deleted it. In messages he is unprofessional, not the best service

Used Hendriks for the 2nd time now, as the 1st time, top class broker. This was a difficult mortgage to approve as there were MANY obstacles to overcome, Steve's communication and determination was fantastic throughout, got through it in the end, Highly recommend.

Great service and good communications. Steve dealt professionally with my situation and made things very quick and easy.

Really disappointed!! Felt quite pushy - and don’t feel all options were explained to me. Also added on a product fee, which was not previously explained or discussed but needed mortgage quickly so we agreed for it. But was never talked through the option without it. Communication from Steve felt quite unprofessional at times with emojis and GIFs. You get what you pay for. Think twice!
