Steve was really passionate about helping me and partner buy our first property together. He took his time in explaining the process and answered any questions/queries we had. He was very responsive and wouldn’t leave us waiting long if we messaged him.

Steve helped me and my partner get a very competitive mortgage rate for our first property purchase as we are both self-employed making it quite tricky but Steve was excellent.

Quick first appointment and seen exactly on time. Everything explained in detail to us regarding equity release and all documents emailed. The whole process took about 6 weeks, he arranged the solicitor for us who was very efficient. Highly recommended financial advisor, friendly and easy to get hold of when I had queries.

As first time buyers, we didn’t really know what we was doing. So we contacted Chantelle, which was the best thing we did. Guided us through the whole process which helped greatly. Couldn’t recommend enough.

5 stars doesn’t seem enough! We are first time buyers and we were overwhelmed with the thought of everything to do with getting a mortgage we didn’t know where to begin. Top Fella , I tried two other brokers in Wolverhampton before HFS , the first one was a women who gave me all this jargon on the phone then I hung up on her, The 2nd one I spoke to for 40 min then never replied back. then few weeks later I did a google search and found HFS about 10 min walk from my house. The office looks like its from the 1990s from outside but you cant miss it as the Day glow green car parked outside is the light beacon . so we spoke on the phone had one meeting mortgage all done and approved within 7 days . NO B.S Straight Talk job done. Forget going to the banks just go to HFS.

Steve is a very professional guy. So helpful and trustworthy. I have used Steve on two occasions now and will always continue to recommend him amd use his services in the near future.
