Had new refurb recently. Got our equipment through Dan Payne. He kept in contact throughout the process with myself and the builders. Equipment all in now and working great! Very happy with Dan’s service

Been a customer of HSUK for a long time; I’ve always been pleased with the service but even more so since Roxane joined the team. Her communication is exceptional - fast, friendly and genuinely attentive. She goes above and beyond to help, follows up without being chased and makes the entire ordering process feel seamless and stress-free. She knows her products very well and if ever there’s something she’s not aware of, she’ll go the extra mile to find out! As a busy clinician, that level of reliability and consistency makes a huge difference.

Roxane is a credit to HSUK and absolutely elevates the customer experience. Excellent service all round - highly recommend.

For us at Rochester Dental Clinic, Tommy always goes above & beyond for us to the point that all of our orders are through H.S now. We love the products & if Tommy isn’t sure when we have an issue he always knows someone that can help, we really like ordering with H.S as we know that Tommy is always going to check in with us to make sure all of our orders are correct. Many times when I was new in my job role as a practice manager, I would reach out to Tommy to ask for his help & advice with everything from navigating the website/ to the products. I have been in dental practices for 17 years & Tommy has always been there. We have had some new reps visit us this year too from H.S which was so helpful.
