Would recommend this company and Michael in particular. We booked him for a hen do and He was great at communicating in the week leading up to the event. He made the event personalised and took time to get to know the brides name and some information on her husband to be so that he could make the event relatable and fun. He put us all at ease, was really friendly, up for a laugh and we had loads of laughs and he taught us how to improve on our drawing skills too! Everyone had a great time and was the talk of the weekend at how much everyone enjoyed it. Would 100% recommend.

We organised a Sip and Paint for a hen do and Andrew was super helpful from the start, walking us through options, helping us find the best venue and liaising between us and the venue and the artist, even to the complementary place for the bride. Our bride to be had a great time and would recommend for anyone looking for a similar large group activity.

As soon as I enquired with Hens with Pens I was reassured that they would provide a fantastic hen party, and they did! Communication was fantastic through all channels, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp. Payment plan was fair and simple, and they had plenty of options and ideas for our group. On the day Rob made us all feel comfortable and was such a fun host and model. It was everything we imagined... and more !! Thanks you to the whole team it was the highlight of the day and night.

We loved our experience with Dave from Hens with Pens! He was so fun and friendly, he made everyone feel comfortable, provided the giggles and was really informative and helpful with the drawing tips. Would definitely do this again whether for a hen do or any other fun event!

We recently had Clare run a ‘Full Monty’ session for my best friends hen do, with Jonathan as our model. Clare was absolutely fantastic (and hilarious). The session was the perfect blend of hilarious, wholesome and crafty and every single person has quoted it as one of the key highlights of the hen do. Clare was amazing from start to finish and we cannot recommend hens with pens enough!

We were away for a hen do and one of our plans had been cancelled last minute. Hens for Pens had some availability, I spoke to Andrew on the phone who was so helpful and assured me that they could help, he booked us with Jon for our Life Drawing and we were not disappointed! Jon was so lovely, knowledgeable and he kept the banter going! We even messaged Jon to see if we could change our time to suit our other plans and he was very accomodating. Jon made the experience fun and he was professional whilst being very easy on the eye! Definitely recommend!

Had such a funny relaxed evening for my sisters hen do with the help of our models Andy and Charlie who were absolutely brilliant! They were communicative before the event on WhatsApp and over the phone. They arrived early and set up pretty quickly. Andy was our lead model and was so chilled out which was nice since none of us had done an event like this before (plus it was a surprise to the whole group). They both organised the session really well in terms of having loads of mini drawing sessions all slightly different from one another rather than 1.5 hours of drawing one picture. They made it a little competitive which was great as we were a football team and then had a little surprise body painting at the end of the session which was so funny. I had brought some bubbles and forgot that one person wouldn’t be drinking but Charlie sorted her a tea without me needing to ask. Andy and Charlie were absolutely brilliant and actually very professional so thank you to them!!!

Only thing I might change is sourcing the event space myself. The team found a brilliant space for the activity but there was an extra £50 sourcing fee which I feel perhaps should have been included in the price of the event!

All round some very happy hens!!

Naomi was such good fun and really helps us be creative and loosen up our nerves of painting in the class. She was a pleasure and obviously passionate about painting :) Thank you very much!

We had Ginger Micheal for an evening of entertainment. Paint and plonk, followed be sip and sing. We had a fabulous fun filled evening. "Gingina" We started the evening with painting a giraffe, however my attempt looked more like a kangaroo 🤣 followed by singing. We chose Viva...we had face glitter applied to set the mood and Micheal managed to teach 11, 50 year old women how to sing, quite impressive 🙃
We ended our time with Micheal with a good old school dance fest. Would highly recommend both Gingina and Hens and Pens to fulfil your party themes.

We booked this activity for the bride and had the best time! Jósef was super fun and made us all laugh. The different activities were great and got everyone talking and laughing! Would highly recommend!

On the day both the artist (ginger Michael) and the model (Anthony) were professional, fun and friendly.
The event could not have been better, everyone who attended had a great time.

We had a fantastic afternoon at our painting class for my best friend's hen. Gary was an excellent teacher and everyone produced something they were pleased with. He and I also spoke before the event and he was great with providing ideas for the picture and we ended up with something meaningful and personalised to the bride - I don't have any criticisms at all.

In terms of organising the event, Hens with Pens as a company were great to deal with, very responsive over Whatsapp and email and took a lot of the stress out of things for me. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I booked ‘The Bare Bones’ package for my sisters hen do and had the pleasure of the lovely Rob H as our host. Rob H is absolutely amazing, the whole group was howling with laughter and it was such good fun.

I would 100% recommend, it was the best hen do activity any of the group had done to date and definitely is an icebreaker for anyone who didn’t know each other already.

We booked the Blended Life Art and Cheeky Butler package for our friends hen do at the weekend and it was such a success. Josef and Mike were great and the whole group had so much fun. It was a surprise for the bride and she was a bit nervous but Josef made her feel comfortable straight away and she had the best time! It was great having Mike there also to bring the drinks round so the whole party could enjoy the drawing experience. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

From the moment our model turned up, who went by the name of "Ginger Michael" , we had so much fun and it was a right laugh - the perfect amount of cheekiness, fun and ofcourse a chance for some of us to show off our art skills....
