I ordered frankincense resin and quick lighting charcoal. Unfortunately Herbal Monkey was out stock of the quick lighting charcoal, but Simon who runs Herbal Monkey quickly reached out to me and let me know. I was impressed at the speed of service and delivery. Simon also actioned a refund quickly & when there was a glitch with the system he put that right and found a fair solution quickly. Seems to be a great caring company. I wish they were closer on the map. I am awaiting some feedback on previous order a bit ago. We had a short mail strike here in Canada, which may have 'looped' things a bit. I would appreciate hearing from Herbal Monkey asap... as they've been cold as recent. Tim Holt September 28/29 was the sale day I believe.

Remember, different herbal chemicals affect different people in different ways, tolerance, current conditions, taking big pharma non-sense etc. So always start taking in small quantities & check with a doctor first before taking anything, this stuff just worked on me, a highly tolerant body to pain meds, chronic pain sufferer, epileptic...

i bought some Kanna to try, 200:1 and a standardised version which is very expensive but then it must cost a lot of time effort and machinery/lab-quality gear to be able to stand by these herbals, so the price is likely in line with the processes involved.

the standardised kanna works a charm, anxiety, depression etc, im taking the 200 to 1 as a daily in the morning and the standardised when needing to go out, highly potent and effective.

Standardised Extract i tried had these results;
50% Mesembrine (serotonin and dopamine release)
25% Mesembrenone (serotonin reuptake inhibitor)
25% Delta-7-Mesembrenone (primarily a serotonin reuptake inhibitor)

So anyone wishing to buy lab-tested herbals, this is the place to buy & i havent found any other website in UK comparable to these folks here @ HerbalMonkey :)

Trying some sleep aids too, mostly tea-stuffs and have found that Mulungu (shredded), Blue Lotus flowers, lemon balm leaves, Hops flowers & Valerian root tea works extremely well for me 1-2 hours before i want to go to sleep, just 2g of each in 400ml just boiled +15mins kettle-water & this mix for me actually made me feel like putting head on pillow for a good nights sleep

Highly recommended, very high quality ingredients, going to take at least a year to stock up on the beautifully crafted extracts & supplements.

personally, i would buy direct from their website and not anywhere else imho as the website is just so much nicer to use !
