I think, originally I loved HerbalHouse for their amazing products. But when I had a minor issue with a plug outlet I was so surprised to find a calm, patient and incredibly helpful human on the line, who took the time to solve the issue, without a hint of condescension or impatience!

Herbal House lead the industry in indoor cultivation in my opinion by bringing in top quality equipment from around the world and providing a service that is second to none. Herbal House helped me sort out my light when it blew even though I was at fault, so I cant speak more highly of this company.

As usual Herbal House have delivered again in many ways, prompt before and after service, quality products at competitive prices, and fast free delivery, my latest purchase a 6" Vivosun fan, it is quiet, has speed control and very powerful for its size, also app control, this is a great little fan.
