We have just replied to your email, and we are very sorry for the problem you had with us, unfortunately this problem affected all herbalife warehous with yodel partner, it's not our fault. As the screen we sent you via email, you made order 02/06, the order was sent to herbalife warehouse on 02/06 and shipped on monday 06/06 by yodel. From 02/06 we don't manage your order anymore.. please note we putted the order very quickly, so it's not our fault. As spooked via email, we will sent coupon code + free shipping for next time order and rest assured that herbalife warehouse have changed the express courier for next order. Thanks
