I had to go and hand my keys in due to being served a Section 21. The receptionist was extremely rude, no smile or "How can I help?" I actually told her her attitude stank. She's the first person you see as you go into the Hastings office and therefore is the face of that branch. She doesn't do the company any favours whatsoever.

Caveat Emptor My family member used this firm for some property issues. A quote was given for costs but the bills kept coming in and far exceeded the quote. A bill for additional work was submitted without first asking for consent to proceed. If you use this firm be very cautious. Billing is not itemised and my family member felt that more time and effort was put into billing than in the actual work. They are now going to find a different firm for any work in future.

Atrocious service from Heringtons from start to finish. They are unprofessional, irresponsible and unaccountable. There is no client care at all and very little communication. Avoid using them at all cost. They caused such a stressful situation at an incredibly difficult time. Since changing Solicitors things have improved immensely.

I've used Heringtons on a few occasions but since Christmas the service at Heringtons Hastings office has been unresponsive, inefficient, unhelpful and unprofessional. The branch is under-staffed,overpriced and undeliveres. From not answering the phones to not responding to emails. Everyone seems to always be working from home and not contactable. Dismal service and AVOID Heringtons at Hastings as I will be from now!
