OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I received 2 items that didn't particularly work for me. I reached out to Heritage and they IMMEDIATELY refunded me the cost for both items, told me to try them again BUT keep them yet without even asking, REFUNDED MY FULL COST!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Customer for life!! The other product I use "Calm" ridiculously FABULOUS!!
