We approached Heritage Living with nothing more than a piece of land and an idea to diversify our farm. From the very first consultation, it was clear we were dealing with a team that truly understands not just buildings — but how to create a successful glamping business.
The consultancy phase was invaluable. They took the time to assess our site properly, talk through planning considerations, utilities, and guest appeal, and helped us shape a clear, realistic business plan. The revenue modelling and layout advice gave us confidence we were making the right investment decisions from day one.
What really stood out was how joined-up the whole process was. We weren’t passed from company to company — everything flowed seamlessly from concept, to design, to build. Their guidance on lodge positioning, spacing, and overall site design made a huge difference to the finished feel of the site.
We went ahead with five luxury lodges, and the quality is exceptional. The buildings feel solid, warm, and genuinely high-end — our guests regularly comment that they exceed expectations. The attention to detail, both inside and out, is something we simply wouldn’t have achieved without their expertise.

Riverside garden house
We are very pleased with the end product. We have a more than beautiful summerhouse that is actually far better than standard. Sarah worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. She helped us to create a stunning building constructed of very high quality products.
We unfortunately have a difficult plot that caused problems for the large vehicles delivering and we had issues carrying items to our garden. Fortunately we had very kind neighbours that were also renovating at the same time so the disruption was acceptable.
We must stress that if you want a local job then you can’t do better than Heritage Garden studios. We would be proud to show you the results as it is totally stunning!

Fantastic Garden Room Extension
We couldn’t be more delighted with our new SIPs home extension from Heritage Garden Studios! From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team was incredible. They felt like part of our family, always ensuring every detail was just right.
We aimed to replace our old conservatory with a new home extension and were intrigued by the idea of using SIPs panels instead of traditional bricks and including speed of construction (10 working days) and minimal disruption. Heritage Garden Studios was one of the few companies in our area that specialised in these panels, so we contacted them.
The process was seamless and efficient. The Heritage team took the time to understand our needs and brought our vision to life with outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. We truly recommend Heritage Garden Studios
Our plans were to have a new kitchen in 2024 and a garden room in 2025. However, those plans were scuppered when we met Sarah from Heritage Garden Studios at the Yorkshire Show in July 2023.
We always wanted a garden room where we could sit and enjoy our garden whatever the weather. Sarah and her team have delivered much more than ‘just a garden room’. We were so impressed with Sarah’s attention to detail, design suggestions and costs we decided we could not turn down her proposals and wait until 2025. We worked with Sarah and her team to design and have built our bespoke garden room 5 months after meeting her at the Yorkshire Show.
Our requirements were pretty complex due to the topography of our garden. The room is raised up overlooking the garden with a wrap around decked walkway featuring a glass balustrade and, vital for us, significant storage underneath the walkway. It’s not just a rectangular garden room, and it’s that expertise and uniqueness that Heritage Garden Studios offer.
We had conversations with another three garden room providers, but for all the bespoke features we wanted, Heritage Garden Studios stood head and shoulders above the rest.
We were so excited about the project that the prospect of having a new fitted kitchen, which we have been wanting for many years, palled in to insignificance.
When we were explaining to friends and family we were having a garden room most were thinking we were having a glorified wooden shed built. Now they’ve seen the final result they are as impressed as we are, to the point where they are now considering their own garden room.
We love our garden room and all the benefits it gives us. We use it in all weathers, even the storms we had in the last couple of months.
We can’t thank Sarah enough for all her help, guidance and her deliverance of a superb quality product. We thank Richard (and Alan) for their incredible attention to detail in building our fantastic garden room. We also thank Simon for installing the electrics and variety of lighting that we requested.
We truly recommend Heritage Garden Studios. If you are thinking about having a garden room for yourself, you have found the right company in Heritage Garden Studios.

We recently decided to invest in a garden studio as we needed a flexible indoor/outdoor space which could be used as a quiet space or an entertaining space. We researched various options and chose Heritage Garden Studios.
Being a family run business we found that there was a more personal touch. When we discussed our project they fully understood our vision.
Sarah and her team worked with us throughout to enable us to achieve the perfect design for our needs. We were happy that if we had any questions that they demonstrated good product knowledge. We had our granny annexe built by Heritage Garden Studios late last year and we couldn't be happier, We now have the perfect cosy home for my elderly mother and she loves it!! A fantastic family setup all of whom went above and beyond to help. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah and her team (and we were particularly awkward customers, constantly changing our minds )
We also had our garden landscaped with Heritage Garden Studios and thanks to Richard's expertise we now have an amazing outside space, and a lovely view from our kitchen window.

Sarah and the team made everything…
Sarah and the team made everything simple from the start of the project, they completed works when they said they would and to a very high standard and went above and beyond to be helpful in anyway they could. The quality of the build and finish is exceptional and the after sales service is easy to request and they are only to happy to help.
