This is a total scam!!! Avoid them at all costs. Waited weeks while I followed the tracking. Says delivered, but never received and now the email links do not work. Horrible!!!

I ordered a watch they slammed my credit card an then it took about 2 months to find out they said it was delivered nothing came i have sevalince all around my house never was delivered buyers beware this company is a scam I have all the evidence I need to show everyone on socwial media my experience with this company as well i am within my rights to seek help from the proper authorities BUUERS BEWARE I was SCAMED out of my money an never received my order I would never do any kind of business with this company again even if they don't post it i will it my right on social media to show everyone what experience I have had with this company

I ordered two watches paid for them and was told they would be shipped in 7-14 days 35 days later they said my watches were delivered to my address which they weren’t now don’t answer me all I want is what I paid for so not trust them they are a big scam

0rdered and paid for a 4AAAA Clone watch7 weeks ago. After weeks of BS and bogus tracking numbers it said I received it last week. Guess what?

After about 7 weeks of waiting, the "tracking information" said out for delivery for 3 days. It finally said delivered as the status, but no package anywhere and nothing caught on security camera. You can no longer get to the watches on their "website" either. They are clearly copying other companies content and site pages and just scamming people. Too bad online platforms will not vet these scam companies before allowing them to advertise constantly.

A tracking number from track718.com with strange updates and a socalled delivery. Never received the watch. Total scam. Avoid myheritage-watch!

purchased a watch from the above merchant. After payment, I was provided with a tracking number linked to a Chinese delivery company that cannot be contacted and does not provide verifiable tracking information. The tracking appears to be fake, and the item has not been delivered.

I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times but have received no meaningful response. Based on the fake tracking information and lack of delivery, I believe this transaction constitutes fraud and non-delivery of goods.

Total scam bought a watch and was given a fake tracking number and Chinese delivery company that you could not get hold of. These are total thieves and scammers and you wont get your item. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a ring, they sent me a design I didn’t like, I worked with them to create the correct design, approved the final design and they proceeded to create the ring with the original design they had sent me that was just some random thing they created. Upon receiving the ring I emailed them. They ignored my email for two days until I left an poor review on the shop app and then they told me I’d have to order another one and they’d give me a 30% discount on the $180 ring I had ordered. This was their screw up, not mine.

It fake don't buy anything from them. Scammers.

Scam, Never received email or confirmation of order. Stay away you will not recieve your items. Order on August 1st. Total scam!!

Compras un reloj, te simulan que es una compra legal pero todo es mentira.
Generan n° de pedido, de seguimiento, te hacen pagar un seguro y para que no te niegues, te lo hacen por menos de 1€ te dan una página de seguimiento que cambia el estado del pedido cada x tiempo y el final? Al mes aproximadamente te dicen que el producto se ha entregado.
Cuando quieres preguntar, solo hay de contacto una dirección de Email la.cual no existe.
El resultado es que te quedas sin dinero y sin reloj además de la impotencia de no poder hacer nada más.

Scam...got me too. No order number, no verification email...nothing and through Facebook

Don't fall for the scam . I've ordered a watch off Heritage watches and have been waiting 5 weeks with a scam tracking number saying delivered no companynin the UK can find the tracking number. Every time I make contact with heritage I get one blunt if im lucky saying check tracking they think that there in anouther country that you can't do a thing. Heritage has anouther company called cellist watches I fell for that one as well by ordering anouther watch wene I didn't receive the original. I've asked many times what courier service they use in the UK and they say contact post office well that would be royal mail. Royal mail do not know this tracking number it's not one of there. This company is a scam company.

I purchased merchandise from HW on Instagram, an email came with a tracking number. It came to me as a Bogus number that lead me to an error saying no tracking exists; just as the review stated. I should have checked the reviews first. I tried contacting customer service, No response.
