My experience with Hermes was the best. Everything that they promised happened as promised; from a quality hospital with well trained personnel to the 5 star hotel, that hotel Eliteworild is one of the finest I’ve ever been to. I’m 1 month post op now and have lost 18 kilograms already. I feel light and look great. One thing about gastric surgery that I’ve noticed is your skin gets two shades lighter and glossy…very magical. I’d recommend Hermes Clinic to everybody contemplating a weightloss surgery as they’re truly the Mecca of surgeries, very professional and kind. I’m looking forward to a whole new me as my clothes are getting loose and compliments are starting to trickle in🌸

Amazing experience
I came to Hermes with my brother and his wife and we all had procedures done. The process was smooth from the airport ans back. Hospital care was satisfying and everyone is kind and caring

I have done some cosmetic procedures with this great and professional team. My consultant Buse was with me all through the way. She is amazing.

The worst clinic by far, not only did they change my surgeon at the last minute, my surgery was done wrong I ended up hospitalised and tube fed when I got home leaving me in an awful mental state not being able to pay my bills as couldn’t work, I was told in August my case was under evaluation. They has all my hospital notes from when I was rushed in and now they have blocked me on all social media so unless you want a botched surgery I would avoid!

I had a wonderful experience and could not recommend Hermes Clinic enough. They were on the ball from the time I first made contact on the phone to when the put me in a lovely hotel the night before flew home.

The hospital was spotlessly clean, the staff were first rate and looked after me so well. The food was good and my companion was well catered for throughout.

I am two weeks post operation and everything continues to be OK as I was sent home with all the information I needed and a nutrition plan to seem me through the first few important weeks.

Hermes Clinics staff were excellent and polite, most spoke very good English which helped put me at ease as I was understandably very nervous.

I would recommend Hermes Clinics to anyone.

My Gastric Sleeve Surgery Experience at Hermes Clinic: A Gift of Love and Legacy

On 20 September 2025, my beloved husband passed away; just days before we were meant to travel together to Istanbul, Turkey. His final birthday gift to me was the journey we had planned: to fly on 24 September and undergo my gastric sleeve surgery on 26 September, which is also my birthday. Though grief weighed heavily on me, I chose to honor him by continuing with the trip we had prepared together. What was meant to be a shared milestone became a sacred act of remembrance, a gift from him that changed my life forever.

From the moment I landed in Istanbul, I felt his presence guiding me. The airport transfer was smooth, professional, and timely, easing my heart and reminding me that he had set this path in motion.

At Hermes Clinic, I was deeply impressed by the thoroughness of the pre-surgery tests and examinations. Every detail was handled with precision and care, ensuring my body was ready for this transformation.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mohamed and his incredible team. Their professionalism, clear explanations, and compassion carried me through each step. The nurses were attentive and kind, always available when I needed reassurance, and I felt truly cared for throughout my stay.

Special mention goes to Renne, Tuktu and BuBu, the translator, whose patience and clarity ensured I understood every detail.

The dietitian was equally remarkable, guiding me through my weight and body composition, setting realistic goals, and offering continuous support after surgery.

This journey was more than a medical procedure; it was a legacy gift from my husband, a promise fulfilled even in his absence. His love carried me across continents, into healing, and into a new chapter of life.

I rate my experience at Hermes Clinic a solid 5 out of 5 stars. For anyone considering this journey, know that it is not only about surgery; it can be about honoring love, legacy, and the courage to step forward even when your heart is heavy.

Unfortunately yet more bad experiences. I have been trying to speak to this company since October where I was promised calls to r see what help I could get for my teeth, I am CONSTANTLY ignored, messages read, calls not answered. MELTEM is the one who is ignoring me. Yet was fake when saw me in Izmir. They have ignored me and I am taking this further with all my proof of ignored contact.

Do not go for anything, but definitely not for teeth, you are not protected, you are ignored and left
To do. You may be fine straight after but months down the line the true errors will show.

Avoid Hermes , avoid meltem and avoid the dentists in medical park, Hastanesi!!!! This is the name of the hospital! I am allowed to name that!

Hermes Clinic has been amazing! A***************************************Outstanding communication, answered all of my questions and responses were quick and in-depth. From stepping off of the plane,meeting at the airport, the transfer to the hospital went very smoothly. My gastric sleeve op and care whilst there was out of this world. My partner and autistic son were made very welcome and Bubu was extremely helpful with explaining everything to myself and my partner. His happy, funny and caring nature was lovely, he really is such a beautiful human being. He answered questions, translated and looked after us. The nurses are so kind, understanding and work so incredibly hard, I will forever be thankful for their care and warmth towards myself and family.
The hospital and hotel was extremely clean, beautiful and the swimming pool was a bonus.
Highly recommend Hermes Clinics especially Istanbul. Many friends have had operations there and I will definitely be back to see you all for another operation in the future!

Everything ran smoothly from pick up at airport to hospital, all necessary tests done in under 1 hour.
We were met by Bubu what a wonderful man, his approach was like he knew me made me feel really comfortable, gave us clear instructions as to what will happen through my journey.
As we arrived at 9:30pm no English speakers but we managed ok Hotel Ramada superb awesome people.they do offer money exchange but not top rate.

I went for my gastric sleeve surgery from South Africa to Turkey through Hermes on the 2nd October and I have to say that my experience has been nothing short of amazing, from the pick up at the airport, to the hospital staff, the Hermes staff coming to meet me at the hospital and ensuring I was well taken care of. I truly appreciate the incredible cooperation and support received from Raneen and Tutku!

Recently used Hermes Clinics for Gastric Sleeve Surgery on 12/09/2025. From start to finish, communication has been great! I was allocated Yunus, who helped me individually with my journey and he has been nothing short of amazing! Thank you. When I first arrived, I had a few questions and Yunus was more than happy to assist. As it was late at night when I arrived, Yunus was there the next day to go over anything I had concerns or questions about and made me feel at ease. My surgeon was lovely as were the staff within the hospital. I am grateful for such a positive experience and I can’t wait to see how my journey progresses further over the next few months. From the very first interaction on WhatsApp, when I received information regarding the procedures I wanted to have done, I knew I was in excellent hands. The consultants were absolutely top notch—quick to respond, professional, and endlessly patient. I’m an over-communicator who tends to ask a lot of questions, and every single one was answered with clarity, friendliness, and care. The communication was seamless, and everything was explained so clearly that I felt reassured from the start.

The pick-up from the airport was organized perfectly, making me and my mom feel welcomed and supported.
