Was honestly amazed by how fast Hermes Health works. I’d been waiting months to see a OBGYN through my regular insurance, but when I joined Hermes Health, their doctor reviewed my case right away and got me an appointment with a top specialist within just a few days.
The whole process was smooth and stress-free — the physician followed up, made sure I understood everything, and even coordinated the referral directly. It felt like having a personal medical concierge who actually gets things done. Thank you to the Hermes Health team!

Checked in with what I thought was a blood clot and my doctor did all the testing to rule out any emergency.

I was able to get an immediate response, empathetic care, and picked up my prescription the same day as seeing the doctor. Had I tried to do this through my primary care physician, it would have taken MONTHS and cost a fortune.

For most things, I frankly have no idea why I even pay for normal insurance. The Hermes experience was SO much better and reminded me of everything I missed when I was with Kaiser. They will be my first call whenever the need for care is necessary – which I hope is never, but c'est la vie.

Great experience! Dr. Jeff Chien was my physician and he was very professional, listened respectfully to what my needs were and carefully explained everything to me including how it all worked and what the plan of care. You can tell he genuinely cared and was knowledgeable. I liked that the process was easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend!
