Very poor customer service.
While at a show they had a booth. I was walking by and they confronted me. They were nice at first but then when I was saying no and I wanted to think about buying they kept pushing. I was crazy enough to make a purchase. When I got home and looked at the product it was more box then product. Even the trying the product felt cheap.

The lie but they also scam individuals. I told the woman that I will not recommend hermetise to anyone and I recommend anyone to steer clear of there booths.

Overall, it’s become one of my go to creams and I’d definitely recommend it if you want something that helps with hydration and a more youthful, plump look. It is a priority for me so I invest in a particular & trusted amount of products because of this.

Impressed by their anti aging products, will keep updating my skin improvement.

I'm really happy with the quality and packaging of this line. I'm in between finding the right Anti aging creams, the pricing caught my eye and the packaging looked appealing, I preferred what I am in need of. I'm excited to try more, I am at the end of the jar and I ordered the next! Along with another jar, so far so good.

Its Professional Moisturizer is perfect addition to my skincare routine! Makes my face feel perfectly moisturized and I can already tell a huge difference since I started using it a little less than a month ago. Very nice quality and packaged wonderfully!

The product AGE-DELAY White Gold Lifting Cream is great. It makes your skin look and feel smooth and refreshed. The packaging is nice. I admit that I've spent a lot of money on skincare--everything from drugstore to premium brands to prescriptions from my dermatologist. While everyone's skin is different, this is the product that works best for me. (I am in my 50's with paper thin, dry, extra sensitive skin.) I had a couple of superficial scars on my face that had been there for more than a year, both of which were gone by the time I finished my first jar of this. My sun spots seem to be slowly lightening up a bit. My skin just looks better. It's not a facelift in a jar, but I can see that it makes a difference over time and I appreciate it. I also appreciate that there's no burning or itching; this cream goes on like a luxury cream, yet works like what it is: the maximum amount of retinol available over the counter. This is a great choice if you want a multi purpose cream that feels luxurious but is still practical enough to use on frequently exposed areas like the hands. I’d recommend it to anyone dealing with dryness, dullness, or early signs of aging who wants visible results quickly even from the very first use.

La verdad que la crema hidratante me está cambiando la vida. Agradezco tanto hacer mi compra aun sabiendo que solo podría hacerlo 1 vez al año Pero vale la pena. Tenía problemas con mi piel , reseca arrugada por la sequedad y puedo dar vivo testimonio que el exfoliante mas la crema hidratante de la piel me ha hecho un efecto extraordinario, a mis amistades le e hablado sobre el producto la verdad cada dia me hace muy feliz ver mas y mas el efecto que hace me siento otra vez joven y feliz de ya no esconder mis manos y mi piel . Tengo 29 años tube una citugia que me reseco y cambio la piel drasticamente. Este producto me ha hecho feliz nuevamente e vuelto a mi piel de joven de 20 .feliz feliz gracias hermetise.

Being Honest I just starting using this product a week ago however i don't see the glowing results i used to see with another products that I have used

I guess i have to keep the routine a little longer it????

I tried using their Diamond Collagen Peeling Mask and it wouldn't peel off so I tried using warm water and it ended up taking an hour of vigorous scrubbing to take everything off. It gave me a panic attack because the product was so stuck. I reached out to their customer service and they're claiming I didn't use the product correctly and told me to use warm water to gently remove the product... Not only does this mean it's not a peeling mask, it's also not the same directions provided on their website for this product AND IT'S EXACTLY WHAT I SAID I DID because it wouldn't peel and it was still a nightmare to take off. I cannot believe I spent almost $300 on this. Not to mention, the product is mostly packaging, there's barely any product in it in the first place so even if the product worked it's still not worth the price.

Far too expensive, it is an every day product with pushy salesmen. Dont get scammed, Ingredients of the sample sachet are nothing out of the ordinary.

As a person with oily skin I avoid heavy creams, but the gift of Collagen cream and cleanser was heavenly. The cleanser doesn’t dry my skin out, leaves it soft and the collagen cream plumps up my skin giving it a fresh youthful appearance

THIS BRAND IS A SCAM! They are connected to many other shops that all sell the same product under a different name. At my local mall, they operate under Hermetise, Trésure Rare, and Supreme- potentially more further into the mall. I work at a store directly across from one of the storefronts and ALL the employees from each location swap out in the middle of their shifts, transfer product from establishment to establishment, and they all act the same exact way: harassing people walking past them. These people will yell at you, ask you questions so you get close to them, and then they'll give you a "free gift": sometimes if you're lucky it's a foil packet of lotion, but usually it is a handful of salt so you have to walk inside the store to wash it off. Once you're locked in conversation with them they effectively trap you there and pressure you until you buy products. The products themselves are cheap private labeled products that are up-charged by hundreds of dollars. The "deal" you get is entirely fake- they make up an exorbitant price so that the "sale" price seems cheap in comparison. But it is all a SCAM. Bad products and even worse customer service. The only way they make money is by bullying people to buy. RUN AWAY!

Great product! Skin feels rejuvenated after one use.

Went to the mall to walk around with no agenda to browse. Was stopped by an aggressive woman at the Annapolis mall to try their products. I said no thank you and tried to walk alway. I got pulled in and couldn’t leave. I kept saying no thank you and was pressured to keep trying their products. The woman wouldn’t take no for an answer. She kept trying to add more products and switching them out for “the deal of a life time”. She even said well I have a money for a phone, my hair, this and that. So I should be able to afford and buy their products. 45 mins later, I landed up buying something just so I could leave. Then after that, the woman continued to pressure me to buy more, even after I said no. I felt like I was being kept against my will. I get these people have a job to do. But it made my day and rest of my mall experience negative. I’m having anxiety attacks because of this.

On passait par une rue à Paris, je ne me rappelle plus laquelle. Ce jour-là, on a fait 15 km à pied. Il y avait deux femmes à l'entrée du magasin et l'une d'elles m'a donné un échantillon de crème. Elle était aimable au début et voulait que j'entre dans la boutique, mais quand j'ai répondu poliment que je n'avais pas le temps, elles ont failli m'agresser. C'était horrible !

This company is a fraud. The product is alright but the sells people are dishonest, lying ,and criminals. Not only did they overcharge my wifes card they went as far as making a fake receipt and signing her name on it like she signed it , Not even close to her signature, we will be pursuing this until we get to the bottom of it. This store was at the newgate mall ogden ut 84404

The product is excellent. Very easy to place order.
Customer service representative is always very professional and knowledgeable.

Après avoir accepté un échantillon de creme. Je me suis retrouvée assise sur une chaise a Fairview Pointe-Claire avec un vendeur et ensuite une vendeuse qui faisaient de la vente sous pression. Grr!

Very Satisfied: Product is light can barely Feel it, absorbs well and quickly - fragrance is very light and pleasant. My skin feels better already!
