Herne Bay Domestics is an independent, family-run business which was established on the Herne Bay high street in 1984. Our reputation is built upon a combination of high-level customer service and care, and the ability to provide a large stock of domestic appliances at extremely competitive prices, as a result of close relationships with major manufacturers and being part of Euronics. We therefore believe that we have found the right balance between being able to care for the needs of every individual customer, whilst still often being able to offer the same products and prices as the biggest retailers in this field. Our team of delivery drivers and engineers are able to install every product we sell, as well as being able to demonstrate to customers how their new appliance works, and answering any queries on this matter. Meanwhile, our sales team are immediately on hand to fix any subsequent issues, as opposed to having to go through call centres and long queues. Excellent service and local and reliable
Takes a few minutes to order on line company rings you about your order and also informs you the day before the time of delivery. very polite and helpful staff I have been to the local shop and ordered before and found so helpful I would definitely use this company again

What an amazing company
What an amazing company! When my dishwasher wouldn't fit into my new kitchen, they swapped it for a slimline the same day! Nothing was too much for them, and they were incredibly polite and supportive. Even the man who delivered the second machine was lovely! I would definitely use them again.

Replacement dishwasher
I needed an urgent dishwasher replacement and Nick was so helpful. He quoted a reasonable price and arranged the fitting just 2 days later. This went very smoothly and I am delighted with the excellent service that I received.

Had trouble with with a cooker brought form them, with enginners report was written off, had a lot of help with staff who went out of there way to help me, got another cooker, differnt make and it perfect.

Excellent local firm. Fantastic service from start to finish…
Think i have use this type firm around three times now. Today (Jan'25), They fitted a new washing machine for my parents and removed the old one. Kind staff. Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend plus competitive prices.

Fridge/Freezer.
I needed a new Fridge/Freezer.
I firstly went on their website, to compare models and prices.
Having earmarked a couple of models, I went into the shop to make my final decision.
The member of staff was helpful without being "in my face"
Having made my purchase, a delivery time and date that best suited me.
The delivery staff were polite, and ensured that the item was correctly installed, as well as explaining a few do's and don'ts.
Herne Bay Domestics are everything that a retailer should be, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I rarely leave reviews, but had such a great experience with this company, felt I needed to shout about it!
From ordering via their clear and easy website, through to the delivery and installation, the whole process was seamless and straight forward, a rarity for some companies nowadays. They were comparable price wise with curry’s and AO and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Well done Herne Bay Domestics!

Replacement fridge
Needed a replacement fridge ASAP was able to call in the Herne bay shop order and pay then drive down to the minster warehouse and collect,all done in less than an hour. Great service.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Ordered what I wanted at the best price on the market, booked in quickly and a brilliant kitchen fitter. The result is beautiful and makes the whole kitchen look new! I love it 😀

Excellent service
Excellent service, our old tumble dryer blew up on the Saturday evening so ordered a new one online with Hernebay Domestics. It was delivered on the Monday morning. The gentleman phoned me first thing to confirm he would be delivering and it was delivered a shirt while later was very impressed! The guy was very polite, helpful and a genuinely nice guy. Will definitely use them again!
