We are so glad to hear that things turned around so positively and that Celine was able to step in and provide the care and consistency you deserved from the start. Knowing that you genuinely felt that someone cared is the most meaningful thing we could ever hope to hear and we will absolutely make sure Celine knows just how much of a difference she made. She sounds truly wonderful!


That shift from receiving messages from multiple people to having one regular, familiar and caring coach clearly made all the difference and we completely understand why. Thank you for your grace and patience throughout and for taking the time to recognise Celine so warmly.
