A good installation process and nice and tidy working practice

The company were helpful in making a decision about an installation, and didn't exert any pressure before we asked them to do the work. The quality of the windows is very good and the workmen were well organised and easy to have around the house. Shane and his company were very easy to deal with, completely reliable, and did exactly what they undertook to do.

Great price,quality windows and fitted very well. Professional, prompt service and property was left in immaculate condition after fitting. Highly recommend.

Herts Glass replaced our old Patio Doors and were very professional from start to finish. The whole project was completed on time with excellent communication at all stages. Highly recommended.

Herts Glass installed new windows throughout our entire house, a new front and side door and also two sets of bi-fold doors at the rear in 2022. We had a great installation experience with them, so we went back to them for internal window blinds for our front windows and again they came in at a great price with great customer service. They have been brilliant with after sales support when needed, coming out to rectify a small issue we had with the front door after a few years in under 24hrs! No hesitation in recommending Shane & his team at Herts Glass!

Shane and team came to measure and fit all our new windows. They were very impressive given that they had to work around other contractors on site who were completing some renovation work. They were also courteous and considerate of our carpet and walls in the existing part of the house so as not to mark or damage anything.

Recently had further work completed by Herts Glass. As always very professional outfit who are easy to deal with from start to finish. Work is always of a quality standard and great aftercare too. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a glass panel on an old window shatter. Rang Herts glass just before 5pm they came out the next day and measured up. As soon as panel was delivered they fitted it that evening adding it on to his days schedule. Whilst he was there I asked if he could look at a couple of French windows, one had a draft coming through one I couldn’t shut easily. Sorted out problem on one and the other will do in day light. None of these doors / windows were originally fitted by Herts glass they are all quite old but never once did he try and sell me new. A helpful, friendly fast efficient service whilst charging very reasonable rates. Makes a nice change to get a reliable service.

Great service and very competitive prices backed up with quality installation. Shane kept us up to date with everything from start to finish and it was only a couple of weeks between quote and installation, which considering we were coming up to xmas was very pleased with.

Good communication, got to visit the showroom which gave us different ideas about the door we wanted, easy to pay, date of installation was soon after order placed and the agreed date was met and the installation team was efficient and polite. The door was installed, potential problems flagged up and place was neat and tidy when they finished. And the price was competitive compared to other quotes we received. Very happy with the outcome and would recommend this supplier.

Shane met me, done all the measuring up for the windows that needed doing he even went out of his way to suggest a different option for one of the windows. Herts Glass supplied all our new windows to our house. The quality of the windows is excellent and their products are reasonably priced. They also supplied bifold doors and a roof lantern. There were a few teething problems along the way that were all rectified and it was never an issue to come back. Shane and Neil run a fantastic company with excellent customer service and great communication. We highly recommend Herts Glass and would definitely use them again in the future.
