Had a couple of issues with the product sync, but they were quickly resolved. The products are good and ship fast, at least those that aren't made-to-order.

Great products and great professional level marketing pictures. All items ship from Europe. Prices are slightly higher, but this is because all products are from local brands.

Launched a footwear store
Launched my footwear online store with Hertwill on Shopify a couple of months ago. First orders are in and the customers seem to love the boots.
There were a few minor technical bugs, but the customer support assisted me and they got fixed.
Overall a good experience. Recommend to people who want to sell good quality products and are not in dropshipping for a quick money grab.

Easy integration and awesome customer service
I started my e-shop using Hertwill almost a year ago and can confirm that shop integration and syncing products to my store is super simple. I have also received great feedback from customers about the quality of the products.
Hertwill’s team has been super helpful and really quick to answer any of my questions.

Products and customer support is excellent
Setting up integration was easy and I could start selling within an hour new products that I synced from their application. Furthermore, the customer support and the people running are super helpful and friendly. They even gave me tips on how to sell more and what to improve on my e-commerce store.

Seamless setup and promising product range
I've recently launched my store, and the Hertwill team has been incredibly supportive throughout the setup process. Transitioning from WooCommerce to Shopify was smooth, thanks to their assistance. Syncing products to my store has been effortlessly simple, and their product range seems very promising.

High quality products sourced from EU
High quality products sourced from EU. People at Hertwill are happy to help with my store and any issues I have encountered with customers & shipping. They respond usually very fast and get problems solved promptly. I have a Shopify store and at first we did not have integration in place, but that is now also working smoothly.

Fulfillment for quality products
Pretty solid fulfillment service for EU based products not cheap Alibaba junk like Spocket or CJ mediates. Integrates well with my WooCommerce store and takes care all of the shipment problems. Time saved doing the orders manually.
Catalogue consists mainly of clothing and accessories but keeps updating. Customer service devs are actually responsive and helpful.
