We were so happy with our sale & purchase case being dealt with H&H. They kept us informed regularly, communication was great & timely responses, and genuinely lovely to deal with. A special thanks to Isabelle, Tasnia and Claire who were fantastic - we had a long chain, with issues and delays with our sale, yet they went above and beyond to help resolve them. Selling leasehold property
Not being used to dealing with selling property all on done on line, we found that we could get in touch easily by email or telephone if we were unsure about anything. We would like to thank Alfie and Emma for dealing with the sale of our property professionally and patiently explaining anything we couldn't understand. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always on hand. Many thanks to them both and we will hopefully be using H&H in the future.

Outstanding, Efficient and Professional
Joanne & Dan have been outstanding. My sale was initially PM Lawyers and even prior to them going into liquidation the service was very slow & poor. So I cannot thank the entire team at Hewitson and Harker enough, from my initial contact requesting they act on my behalf for my sale they have been nothing but professional and extremely efficient. I would definitely not recommend using them
This firm was one of the conveyancing solicitors on our new-build constructor's recommended list.
During the early stages of the sale of our old property, on several occasions we had to call and correct them as they made mistakes with details on some documents, listed the wrong sale price on one document, had the wrong title deeds and some inaccurate information on the draft contract which was sent for us to sign.
During the purchase of our new build property, they submitted old inaccurate copies of some documents for the draft contract and I had to call and correct our completion statement which was also incorrect.
Their response times were slow to get back to us on a number of occasions where we had to contact them about the above. They left it very short notice to inform us of exchange of contracts and completion timescales, which made planning removals and monies a bit challenging.
I would definitely not recommend using them.
