Don’t order from this company. I ordered 2 strapless bras bogof, the quality was atrocious. The padding in the bra didn’t sit right and it was the worse bra I have ever tried on. It says free returns within 30 days but when I checked the return policy they were charging €20 for you to return the crappy product! This means you only get back £5 from the £25 you gave them. Terrible company stay clear

Do not waste your money.

The bras do not fit, even using the sizing guide, they came up far too big. They do not hold you up securely. Material is cheap and nasty looking. Despite the website saying they offer 100% refund, i have been offered 30%. What a joke! take ages to respond.

Rubbish quality. Please do not waste your money.

Ordered two bras, told they would turn up in 8-10 days, this was 20 days ago. Emailed to see what was happening and apparently they are in transit so they can't give refunds. Absolute scammers. I'm assuming I will never receive the goods I paid for!!!

It’s a scam. I ordered two strapless bras. They are awful quality and not the same bra that is advertised on the model. The returns charge is 20euros and must be requested within 30 days of purchase, it took 24 days for the awful quality bras to arrive. It is a scam and should be avoided

An absolute scam.Very poor quality, cheap, stinking material with no stretch in it at all.Stiching is coming off,bra pads are bended in many places.0 quality, and £20 coast if you want to return.

The bathing suit sizes were way off. It took forever to get them and I ordered two. I told them I would send them back and they could send me a correct size. They never sent me a correct size and the entire summer has gone by and I still have no bathing suits -terrible company, customer service takes three months to respond to an email and there’s no follow through.

Dreadful, only giving 1 star as I can't give any lower.
I ordered 2 playsuits, when the eventually arrived, the colours were nothing like the advert.
I've sent numerous emails to request a return but had absolutely no reply.

I ordered this bra after falling for a plug on instagram. I am 5 ft 2, weigh 54kg, wear a 32D or E bra and ordered a small but it’s huge. The scam is it’s €20 to return. Ridiculous on a £20 bra!!! Do not fall for this scam!!

Hexalty - Don't bother with this company they are rubbish/scammers. Very poor quality.
8-10delivery time turned into 22 days. Tracking didn't work until I complained and an email came with tracking information. Advertised as Royal Mail delivery, when it got to England it was actually a delivery company called Relay in the end. After all that, the product was utter rubbish. The models on the sale photos must have shopped elsewhere because they certainly weren't wearing what was delivered to me.

Firstly it has taken over 3 weeks for this to arrive, secondly it is enormous and doesn’t stay up, and finally… if I return it it’ll cost the same as what I paid for it. VERY disappointed

I ordered 2 strapless bras from this Company which when they arrived were of very poor quality and not at all as described. Despite
sending them emails regarding returning them, they are failing to reply to me. I also notice on their website that they charge 20 euros to return which clearly doesn't make it worthwhile. What I find very frustrating is the fact they are ignoring my emails but sending me regular emails advertising their items. I would never use this Company again. Poor quality and even poorer customer service

Very slow service and low quality. Not worth it at all.

Strapless bra not as described or expected. Slow customer service and not clearly advertised you’ll be charged £20 for your return so not worth taking risk. Poor.

I bought the bandeau bra. Buy one get a second free.
These items took over 3 weeks to arrived, as a result I was forced to purchase from somewhere else as they were needed for my hols.
I have been contacting them for the last two weeks to arrange a return with NO RESPONSE !, but yet still I receive emails everyday regarding new products from the same email address.
Looks like I have no choice but to keep these unwanted items.

Disgusting, don’t buy!!!!!!

I bought the bandeau bra. Buy one get a second free..bought 'm' based on their size guide, im actually 34e but figured 32dd would make the bra extra secure. It was way too big!! Horrible quality fabric. Contacted them to return but they offered me 15% refund as a 'goodwill gesture'. Sent a snotty email but no reply. Its such a scam!! It really does annoy me that theres no recourse!! All the people they must make money from because their product is not as advertised, cheap and nasty.

Bought bras after following their size guide. What I got, I can only describe as saggy bits of material. Way too big, no support whatsoever & I have a hard time believing that it would stay on, even if it was the right size. Looked at their returns & they want €20 to return. That's basically the price of the bra. Don't buy from them. I'm not even going to bother sending them back. Just going to bin them.
