HEX is a Business Communications and Security specialist that provide taylor made services including Broadband packages (ADSL, FTTC, FTTP), VOIP Phone Systems, Landline numbers to mobile, CCTV Systems (Hikvision, Dahua etc), Intruder Alarms (Wired & Wireless).These services are available Nationally throughout the UK. We are based in the North West and complete installations in Manchester, Liverpool and Wales. However we have also completed works in various locations from Scotland to London and Yorkshire to Northern Ireland. Nowhere is too far afield. Our Engineering Services also add another string to our bow
. We have Fibre & Copper Engineers that can install Structured Cabling (Cat 5, Cat 6 etc), full office fit outs or building infrastructure installations. We also install both Copper and Fibre backbones within buildings to enhance and future proof the buildings networking infrastructure. Installation of Wireless Access Points to increase coverage throughout buildings, as well as fault finding and resolution. But why let Businesses get all the latest products and professional Services??? Don't worry we also cater for Residential customers offering most of the same high end Products and Services at reasonable pricing. The Customer is truly at the forefront of everything we do. We aim to ensure that the customers needs are met and that the right solution is in place to give the best service possible whilst working within the customers budget. Best alarm company around

Very knowledgeable and gave us exactly what we needed. Clean and professional install and nothing was too much trouble. Product is great and we was shown how to use the system in depth. The aftercare was just as good when we have made the changes to suit our needs.

Brilliant service, start to finish

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, have had such a good experience start to finish.
The alarm (Ajax) is excellent and feels like something from the future, it's so much better than what it is replacing 🀩 And yet super easy to use.
Communication with Hex was great, really quick responses, answered all my questions and never once tried to push or sell, just help.
The engineer was brilliant; on time, helpful, friendly, quick and tidy. Happy to answer my mostly daft questions 😃
Absolutely full marks.

Great Company - Very Happy Customer

Hex have recently installed a new alarm system and CCTV system on our home. Craig was our Engineer and the whole process was great from start to finish, from having different systems and options explained to us to suit our needs, installation and aftercare - We couldn’t fault it! Professional, friendly, reliable and competitively priced, we are extremely happy customers and couldn’t recommend Hex highly enough.
