Awful
Awful. Went for an early scan - we suspected from the offset that there was bad news. Sonographer told us nothing beyond you need a blood test to confirm your hormone levels and then you need to discuss that with your doctor. So basically charged us an additional £80 for nothing.
They don’t seem to be able to tell you anything. When I came back for the blood test they kept me waiting 30 minutes.
Honestly awful. I don’t know what the point in their service is, as the early pregnancy unit at St George’s hospital is literally free and better.
Will never be back.

They cancelled my appointment last minute
My booking was cancelled 2 minutes before my appointment after driving for an hour I found out at the door that the sonographer wasn’t available. I wasn’t even going to have a scan, only needed a blood test but looks like it was the same person doing both. There was no proper explanation and they weren’t helpful at all. Very disappointing

We came for our early scan
We came for our early scan, to confirm the pregnancy. They couldn’t see the embryo with the abdominal scan so we have to have an internal scan. Rosalyn was very sweet and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience

Exactly the experience we were looking for
Can't recommend this company enough.
They came highly recommended by a friend and it gave us the peace of mind we needed at only 9 weeks into the pregnancy.
Staff very welcoming and warm.

I had a very good experience here…
I had a very good experience here today, the detail of the scan is exceptional. I have been allowed to go and come back to try and get the baby moving as I do not know the gender yet. So I am very grateful for that chance.

We had a scan at around 17 weeks and…
We had a scan at around 17 weeks and were very happy with the service. The sonographer took a lot of time to explain everything and to answer all of our questions. Can definitely recommend

Best private scan in our area!
We came here for our first scan at 6 weeks and the last one at 35, we were treated so well and the sonographer went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with all the information.
She was lovely and that really makes a difference!
I wish we would have done all the pregnancy scans here and not in the other place in Mitcham!!

Amazing as always! Super friendly receptionist and such a lovely sonographer. She did all she could to get some lovely photos of our little one. I would only ever come here for scans.

We visited Hey Baby in wandsworth this…
We visited Hey Baby in wandsworth this week. The experience was amazing. The venue was lovely and I felt very comfortable.
The sonographer really knew her stuff and I felt relaxed and in safe hands.
We got to see our baby for the first time, which was healthy and bouncing around. It really put my mind at ease.

The clinic vibe is amazing. The receptionist and the sonographer, Rosalyn are lovely and very professionals. Rosalyn is precise and full of empathy. Definitely recommend this clinic.
