I booked a 4D scan for my sister, Unfortunately for us, we did leave it till she was 32+6 days but they went above and beyond to ensure she didn't leave without any photos at all! Even though we took the risk of knowing it was after 32 weeks! Amazing service,
The staff was friendly and welcoming and polite, definitely recommend for anyone to go here x

Amazing experience everytime I have been to scan baby. Will definitely be using them again.

Very friendly and helpful staff in both reception and scanning room. Very clean and welcoming environment. The lady scanning for the baby’s gender was very helpful, patient and persistent when our baby had his legs crossed! Would definitely recommend!

Early reassurance scan -
What reassurance?
Went to HeyBaby in Mansfield, my first appointment I should have been 7 weeks. The lady who did the scan dated me at 6+1, saw a yolk sac etc and everything was fine. No heartbeat established but she said it was too early.
She wanted me to go for a rescan two weeks later, which i did.
I went in & she was showing me “baby” she said “look mummy baby’s here” and even though I couldn’t see much it felt like everything was ok.
She finished the scan and said no heartbeat seen.
So straight to the hospital to go to EPU, had an NHS scan and they tell me that unfortunately there’s a sac but nothing in it. There is no baby.
Now can you imagine my confusion after just before being shown my “baby” that wasn’t actually a baby.
Are your staff even professionally trained to be doing such a job?
I am absolutely heartbroken, paid £95 to be made out I had a baby there when I didn’t.
Absolute shambles of a company & I will make sure I tell everyone not to use!!!
