Absolutely an amazing service very polite on entrance and went through everything with the scan

The staff are so nice and welcoming and very professional, this is the 2nd time we have come from keighley to hey baby as they make it a relaxed atmosphere and this time we didn't want to know the gender and they we very accommodating which makes it feel more exciting, I would recommend hey baby to anyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hey Baby 4D. From the moment we arrived, the service was brilliant. The receptionist was welcoming and professional, which immediately put us at ease.

Our sonographer, Mousumi, was exceptional. She took her time throughout the entire scan, made sure we understood everything at every stage, and explained each part of the scan in clear detail. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and reassured, and her care and attention truly made the experience special for us.

This is by far the best place we have ever been to for an ultrasound scan, and we honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. A truly memorable and positive experience for both me and my wife.

Gender scan. The staff were lovely! Best experience I’ve had! Baby was a little wriggly and wouldn’t show itself so went out for 5 mins to move baby and managed to find out the baby’s gender. Mousumi did a great job and I felt comfortable! 10/10 recommend!

Been three times now for scans, every time has been both handled professional and by friendly staff. Felt as ease for all scans.

I had an early scan here and the service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease during such a special moment. Everything was explained clearly, and the care and professionalism really stood out. The experience felt personal and unhurried, and I left feeling reassured and excited. I couldn’t have asked for a better service – highly recommend!

Really great experience at Halifax. At my first scan my baby wasn’t playing ball with showing her face so I was invited back and second time she was better behaved. The staff were so lovely and welcoming on both occasions and were great with my little boy (even when his heartbeat Teddy from the first appointment had torn they went over and above to resolve). I’d highly recommend Hey Baby 4D in Halifax - thank you! x

We’ve had about 5 scans with Hey Baby now and each scan has been a lovely, happy experience. All the staff are friendly, helpful and caring. We cannot fault the service and the information and care you receive. It’s truly made our first pregnancy experience more joyful

Attended today and discovered sadly that my pregnancy had ended with a Missed Miscarriage. However the sonographer could not have been any better about it. She is an absolute credit to your company! It could not have been handled any nicer, she was so tactful, kind, helpful and empathetic. She was so considerate with her words and the way she proceeded, and it made a huge difference.

I have had a previous MMC found at another provider in Leeds and it was handled absolutely terribly and left me crying every night with flashbacks to the things the sonographer had said and done.

This was a totally different experience, and she honestly could not have done a single thing better.

I think her name was Becca? It was at 5:30pm on 10th June 2025 at Halifax. I’d love the feedback to be passed on.

Fantastic, friendly, welcoming staff. The scan was so detailed and discussed throughly. Even with my baby being awkwardly positioned the sonographer managed to get some amazing pictures and video!
Never had a 4d scan done before, but I'd definitely recommend this establishment!

Attended the Halifax branch. With it being our first baby, we were really nervous but also really excited to do it with the gender reveal lighting. The place itself was really welcoming and had a lovely aura- staff at the front desk were really lovely. The sonographer was the loveliest lady, she made our experience much more enjoyable, talking us through step by step. We were able to listen to the baby’s heartbeat, she told us everything she was looking at and that the baby’s organs were healthy, even paid attention to the stomach and bladder. She then told us to close our eyes and we were surprised with the lighting which revealed our gender. Blue for boy, pink for girl. It was such a nice experience and something me and my husband will never forget. We were then able to choose two of the pictures that we could keep and also a report of the baby’s health. Overall, the most enjoyable experience and something we will keep as a memory forever. Thank you so much Baby 4D for an experience we will never forget.

2nd time having a scan here, this time in 4D and even though our little one was being difficult the sonographer tried her best and even said if we weren't happy we could try again another day. The staff here have been so polite and friendly each time and this time we decided to get a heartbeat bear too ❤ thank you!

Had my first 8 week scan. Staff were really friendly! Didn’t have to wait and saw my babies heartbeat within 10 minutes of arriving. Highly recommend

Really fantastic to be able to see with the pregnancy being so early, we went in at 9 weeks and were still able to see our baby! The person doing the ultrasound and showing us was fantastic and really informative.

We’ve visited hey baby 3 times through age pregnancy and they couldn’t be any friendlier , it’s a lovely atmosphere and the sonographers take their time to explain everything to you. The gender scan was especially special with the lights.

A lovely calming environment to walk into. The staff were super excited to meet you and the baby. Very thorough and did not rush the scan. Provided us with lots of information and also took away plenty of photographs with a goody bag.

Fantastic, very thorough and put our minds at ease.
