Absolutely amazing experience. This is not my first child but it was my first time getting a 4D scan. I was so glad I booked it, its phenomenal the images they can get. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. The facility is nice and clean also. Definitely recommend if you cant wait to see what your baby looks like.

Awful experience got told I had had a miscarriage as no heart beat seen and had a bubble in the sack. Was heartbroken. Went to hospital there was a heart beat and they was just as confused as me about the bubble and why it meant I had miscarried! Absolutely disgusting that these people don’t know what they are talking about and been the most emotional week of my life!

Absolutely amazing, so patient and explained everything throughout the scan, even had to go back to do a rescan due to baby not wanting to reveal gender, but the lady doing the scan tried so hard. On our return she did manage to give us the gender, our whole experience was amazing from start to finish. All the staff are friendly and polite and so welcoming.

Always coming back can’t recommend enough

Me and my partner went to our scan here, we booked for an early re-assurance scan and we were 7 weeks pregnant at the time. This also was our first pregnancy. The sonographer asked me if I wanted an internal or abdominal scan which I didn’t realise I could even have at 7 weeks. This is then where it turned into being the worst experience of our lives. She proceeded to perform the scan, and she couldn’t find the heartbeat. Instead of compassion we were shown the opposite she straight away said “to me this looks like misscarriage”. As you can imagine that word being said made my heart sink, and I was also confused as we attended on the Saturday and our scan with the early pregnancy unit where our baby’s heartbeat was strong was on the Tuesday. I was very confused and said “I don’t understand as on Tuesday the baby had a strong heartbeat”. To which she replied “I’m talking about today” she proceeded to unmute the machine and followed on to say “see no heartbeat no boom boom boom boom” after this she gave us a note which said what she had seen which was no heartbeat and said she couldn’t diagnose me and that we then had to go to A&E for an actual scan appointment. If I could give no starts to this place I would. I understand these things happen and are so common but it costs nothing to be kind and show compassion especially in a job like this, and considering we paid for the appointment is even more disgraceful. You get much better treatment from A&E. I will never ever get over this heartbreak and neither will my partner.

This clinic is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend for booking your 6 weeks initial appointment and also 4D VIP scan which I did. The midwife Nuray is very detailed when it comes to health check report and she explains everything in the way you will understand. If your 4D picture scan is not visible due to baby’s position she makes sure you get another opportunity to see your baby on another occasion as she wants you to have the best experience possible. The price is also very good compare to other clinics. The clinic is open daily till late and the appointments are available most times.

The staff were fantastic and so understanding of our situation. The scans we have had have been so reassuring and the team have really helped us every step of the way. Answered our questions and explained everything really clearly. We didn't feel rushed, it was just the experience we needed.

Really lovely and welcoming reception staff and the sonographer was so helpful and informative throughout the scan. They were so inclusive of my husband and son and were able to answer all questions during the scan. Would highly recommend

Amazing team and very welcoming

What a gorgeous and unforgettable moment. Right from the lovely and welcoming women at the front desk down to the sonographer who spoke all the way through the scan, telling me and my partner about all the little bits and bobs that make up our beautiful baby. So grateful to have been able to have such a special and intimate moment with my partner - totally unforgettable. Everything feels so real now, we cannot wait til baby is here. We found out the gender but we will be keeping it as our little secret until this little human pops out into this world.

Fantastic service, very profesional and nurturing

a few things that made this scan a great experience is we got to listen to the heart beat for the first time, we all got to see the scan there was 5 of us altogether. they wrote down the gender and kept everything so secretive. they offer teddys and other gender reveal things.
