As first-time parents expecting our little one in October, everything is new to us and can sometimes feel a little overwhelming. I reached out to Tommee Tippee and was amazed by how friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring Izzy was throughout our conversation.
Izzy took the time to explain the different options available, answered all of my questions, and kindly arranged for some Natural Start bottles for us to try. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and she even helped sort out my existing account so the order could be added correctly.
What stood out most was how personal and supportive the experience felt. It wasn't just good customer serviceâit felt like speaking with someone who genuinely understood how exciting and nerve-racking becoming a parent for the first time can be.
Thank you, Izzy, for going above and beyond. Experiences like this are what create loyal customers, and thanks to your kindness and support, Tommee Tippee will be one of the first brands we'll be turning to as we prepare to welcome our baby.

I purchased a Prep Go Formula Feed Maker and experienced an issue with the hot water flask. The flask appeared to be missing a sealing ring, resulting in hot water escaping during use and causing a minor burn.
I reported the issue immediately and provided photographs and video evidence. Despite this, I was initially told that no refund, replacement or goodwill gesture could be offered until the product had been returned and assessed, which could take several weeks. This would have left me without both the product and my money whilst the investigation took place.
After significant escalation, Tommee Tippee eventually agreed to issue a refund before assessment and offered a âgoodwillâ discount code but was the same as an offer that was currently in place and available to everyone!
The return process then became problematic. I waited at home for a courier collection which was recorded as unsuccessful. Whilst the courier provided a photograph of my property, there was no knock on the door or doorbell and I received no call, text, card or effective notification that a collection was taking place. As a result, the collection did not happen.
I then offered to return the product via a prepaid postal method instead. Tommee Tippee advised they could only reimburse postage costs after I had paid them myself. As a parent of a newborn, I did not feel it was reasonable to continue incurring costs and inconvenience to facilitate their investigation.
Ultimately, Tommee Tippee refunded me and instructed me to dispose of the product rather than return it for assessment and this is a potential safety risk to other new parents! Be aware!
My frustration is not only with the product issue itself, but with the amount of time, effort and escalation required to reach a resolution that I believe could have been achieved much earlier with the final outcome showing their lack of care for the consumer and safety of their products.

I had issues with bottles fading and the customer service team Anthony rectified the issue by sending replacement bottles. I am very happy with the products and so is baby. I also use breast pumps by tommee tippee and think these are amazing too. Very good company and products :) I definitely will continue to purchase my baby products from here and am really excited to try new products for weaning etc in the future :)

I wanted to leave a review because my experience with Tommee Tippeeâs customer service was absolutely amazing.
When I first contacted customer service, I thought no one had responded for two days. It turned out there was a technical error on the website, and I simply hadnât received any of their messages. I started a new conversation, and this time it worked perfectly. The lady helping me kindly copied and pasted our previous conversation and asked if I could now see the messages. That reassured me I hadnât been ignored â it was just a website glitch.
I explained the issue with my product, and they kindly offered me spare parts, which was fantastic. They prepared my package very quickly, and I received it in no time.
Iâm already using several Tommee Tippee products and Iâm very happy with them all. They make my daily life so much easier âºïž I can trust Tommee Tippee 100% â their products work perfectly, and if anything does go wrong, you know youâll get excellent help.

The website stops you from buying what you need and limit to stock quantity is only 4 items of the same in a basket is allowed so to purchase dummies teats and bottles youre only allowed 4 at a time so someone like me that has 12 normal bottles for breast milk and 6 anti colic bottles for formula I need 18 teats to swap for the correct age group now I need to purchased 9 packets of teats that means I have to make 3 separate transactions and pay fees and delivery just to get my one order just for my bottles let alone dummies. The system needs to change now for parents to be able to purchase as much as they need and arrive all in one go because I have spent a week going in and out of stores with no stock on the shelf to get what my baby needs hence why I go onto the website to purchase everything I need in one go to have a stress free experience but its just made it worse.
