I had such an amazing experience at Hey Baby in Sutton. From the moment we walked in, they made both me and my partner feel so welcome and comfortable. The whole atmosphere was warm and reassuring, which meant a lot to me, especially during pregnancy.
The scans themselves were incredible — the images and videos we received are absolutely amazing and something we’ll treasure forever. What really stood out to me was how at ease they made me feel throughout. Being high risk, I naturally had a lot of worries, but the team truly helped put my mind at peace.
On top of that, their services are very affordable, which makes such a difference. I would 100% recommend Hey Baby to anyone, especially if you’re feeling anxious or just want a special, reassuring experience during your pregnancy.

I came for VIP gender scan, the experience was great. Lalaine was amazing , she went into details to show us and explain baby wellbeing. The receptionist Kerry was so welcoming and friendly, she helped to pack everything i wanted for my gender reveal party. I can highly recommend Hey Baby.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with this clinic and I truly can’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning, they have always taken great care of me, making me feel comfortable, respected, and well looked after.

One of the things I appreciate the most is their punctuality — I have never had to wait, and I’ve always been seen right on time, which makes such a difference. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and professional, always taking the time to listen and ensure that I feel at ease during every visit.

It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely cared for, but this clinic goes above and beyond every time. I’m incredibly grateful for their dedication and the high standard of care they provide.

Such a fantastic experience! We had our gender scan and Ivy was amazing. She explained everything clearly throughout the process and made us feel completely at ease with her calm and friendly manner. I would highly recommend.

Had a lovely experience at Hey Baby Sutton for an early reassurence scan a few months ago and our gender scan today. The sonographer was very knowledgable and included my son in the scan. We got a nice photo at reception with the props when leavings. Thanks so much!

I have been going to hey baby Sutton now every 2 weeks because of my previous miscarriage and all of the team have made me feel at such ease and really friendly! Brilliant and caring service. We have used hey baby 4d twice now, at 8 weeks for an early reassurance scan and at 16 weeks for a gender scan. We will definitely return for more later on the pregnancy.

Really friendly and provide lots of great information. This is my second scan with Hey Baby - I’ve had them in between my NHS ones and it’s provide a great level of comfort. The team are really patient and the appointments have never felt rushed. Parking nice and easy on the side road and love that you get pictures to take away.

The staff is super professional and kind. I will go back for more scans.
