Our 3rd scan with Tumbridge Wells and each and everytime it’s been 5star!
Not only are the staff friendly, but they took the time to read our notes and understand our worries - encouraging us to enjoy and be positive!
Today was our gender and once again the most kind and courteous service, with extra time taken!
Highly recommend

Booked a gender and wellbeing scan in order for our daughter to come to a scan appointment as she wanted to see the baby. The staff at Hey Baby were fantastic, really accommodating for the whole family. The way they reveal the gender with lighting made it really special for our daughter to be part of and she was able to purchase a bear with her siblings heartbeat recorded inside. Would 100% recommend Hey Baby to anyone, thank you to the team for what you do!

The receptionist was welcoming and reassuring having read my notes about my anxieties. The sonographer saw us slightly early, he was kind and empathetic ( again having read our file). He spoke throughout and provided detail and assurance. I have used other places with previous pregnancies and never had such a friendly and empathetic service from the whole team! Nowhere else I will go

Great experience, our baby wasn't in the best position for the scan so was invited back free of charge another day. Lovely staff. Would recommend.

Booked an appointment to find out the gender if my baby and I couldnt of been more happy with my service the staff where very friendly and helpful and they answer any questions u may have I felt very welcome as this was my first time booking with them. The man that did my scan he was very polite and very thougher was a pleasure being under his care while he scared me. I would highly recommend hey baby 100%

Had a scan around 17 weeks to find out the gender. The baby was being a pickle, curling up and crossing legs but the sonographer was great and really persistent. He told us to go for a walk and come back to try and get the baby to move around a bit. He told us the gender and we have just had our 20 week nhs scan and I can confirm that he was correct , baby girl on the way! :)

Had my reassurance scan today and was welcomed straight on entry and the reception was very polite, the ultrasound was amazing and he went through everything with us and explained everything that we wanted to know. Couldn’t fault the place at all!

From start to finish the experience was amazing. The lady at reception was very welcoming and the gentleman doing our scan made us feel so relaxed and talked us through everything that was happening on the screen. Would 1000% recommend to anyone wanting a reassurance scan! Will definitely be going back for more private scans throughout our pregnancy.

Polite and professional staff from reception to scan. Really excellent sonographer; welcoming and didn't feel rushed. He made it a fun experience for our son (eight years old) and explained all about the images on the screen. Great experience and would 100% recommend.

The service was lovely from start to finish. We got to see our baby in real time and not feel rushed. You also got a video of your baby as well which I think is super special to show the family. We also got to ask any questions and feel reassured that our little man is healthy currently. Thanks so much

The sonographer at hey baby tunbridge wells is unmatched! He is the most lovely and welcoming person. Will always go the extra mile and will talk you through everything as he goes. The most reassuring. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else for a private scan

We have had a beautiful surprise at 41 & 44 years of age and due to health issues, Hey Baby at Southborough have been invaluable at keeping our minds at ease. Georgina and the front of house team are all so kind and accommodating. Murat the sonographer is just amazing. He really takes an interest in your pregnancy and isn’t just “doing a job”, he takes time to check everything he can see and best of all, he *explains* everything he can see! I can’t fully explain how brilliant he has been and we will keep coming to see him for the rest of our pregnancy, he deserves our well earned trust. We truly can’t recommend this place enough.

Booked a last minutes reassurance scan the staff could not of been nicer at 9am on a Sunday morning.
Better than past experience

We went for our 4D scan in Tunbridge and had Murat for our scan. He was very friendly, polite and great at capturing our baby pictures, just what we wanted from our baby scan experience!

This was our first time at Hey Baby 4D Tunbridge Wells and we would definitely recommend. The staff are so lovely and very helpful. Ellie was really friendly on reception and really helpful in printing off our scans. Murat was brilliant during the scan itself. He was very professional and courteous, and was very knowledgeable and great at explaining everything on the scan. The obstetrics report came through really quickly after we left too. A really lovely experience all round.

absolutely 10/10 service, the receptionist is so so lovely&polite!! and the sonographer was amazing he explained everything he was looking at, and made sure to show me the heartbeat more than once for reassurance, and unlike most places they let my 3month old & partner in with me. i’m so impressed will definitely go there during this pregnancy too.

This is my second visit to hey baby in Tunbridge wells for early reassurance scan the first at almost 6 weeks and the second at 11 weeks and I cannot rate them enough. The staff are so friendly and helpful and made this such a positive experience I will be booking the gender scan with them and another scan later in the pregnancy. I cannot recommend them enough. You are always greeted with a smile and it is such a friendly environment. Do visit them if you are considering your options because you will not be disappointed. Pamela.

What I liked:
- Plenty of availability
- friendly reception staff
- sonographer was informative
- Definatly the place to go if you are wanting to do a gender reveal
- liked how there were toys for waiting children in waiting area.

What I thought could improve:
- The cleanliness - bins overflowing, untidy scanning room, dirty floor.
- Unsure I got the entire time I had paid for but had been running a few minutes late so understandable. It felt incredibly rushed though.
- Would have liked to know more about the sonographers from website - I felt unsure of the qualifications or even who was doing the scan.
- The report you get at the end is unpersonal and it is not clear what information is actually being shared. I have had more personal and informative notes from NHS.

I think overall, it was the most affordable place I could find but I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place for a scan other than for gender or 4D images. Which to be fair is what they advertise themselves as! But for a customer like me, who had come for reassurence after previous pregnancy loss, it didn't feel as comfortable as other private scan companies I have been to prior. It felt a little like a pop-up gift shop with someone running an old scan machine in the back, rather than giving the impression of being run by medical professionals. I would not want to get sad news in that environment personally.
