Heyflow is easy to access. Setup takes a while. Pricing is quite high but it is transparent.

Das Team ist super nett und nimmt sich wirklich Zeit – egal, wie klein oder speziell meine Frage auch ist, mir wird immer sofort und kompetent geholfen. Das Dashboard ist zudem extrem übersichtlich und benutzerfreundlich gestaltet, was die tägliche Arbeit enorm erleichtert. Ich arbeite wirklich sehr gerne mit Heyflow zusammen und kann es jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Heyflow is a tool I recommend to clients without hesitation. Especially for recruiting, the conditional logic lets you build smart funnels that guide applicants in a very targeted way. The interface is intuitive and you get to results quickly. A/B tests are easy to set up and deliver real insights. Honestly, there's not much I'd change about it.

Great tool for creating interactive forms without coding. Very easy to use and looks much more modern than standard forms. Pricing is a bit high, but overall worth it.

My overall experience with Heyflow has been very positive. It’s a great tool for quickly building interactive and conversion-focused flows without needing technical support. I especially appreciate how easy it is to go from an idea to a live funnel, which makes testing and iterating much faster.

Der Support und das Onboarding sind wirklich Weltklasse! Es wird auf das Feedback von Usern gehört. Ich bin schon sehr lange Heyflow Kunde & besonders schätze ich die Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe, ob bei neuen Features oder neuen Preismodellen es wird respektvoll und rechtzeitig vorher kommuniziert.

Heyflow an sich nutze ich insbesondere für B2B Lead Gen und Social Recruiting. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Tool. Ein Kritikpunkt meinerseits: Der Analytics-Teil könnte noch mehr Details liefern. Ich bin mir aber sich dass das in wenigen Wochen auch verbessert wurde.

I’ve used a lot of tools for building lead gen funnels, and Heyflow is easily one of the best.

What stands out most is how quickly you can go from idea to live funnel without needing dev support. The builder is genuinely intuitive, but still flexible enough to create something that actually converts well.

We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in conversion rates since switching to multi-step flows in Heyflow, especially by being able to control the user journey more tightly and reduce friction step by step.

Also worth calling out:

Easy integrations (CRMs, tracking, etc.)
Strong performance on mobile (which is where most of our traffic is)
Ability to test and iterate quickly without heavy setup

It’s become a core part of how we approach CRO and lead generation.
