Their products make structure and function claims but are not substantiated by any testing. Their business operations are terrible. Their products imply results that are not validated.

Their HeyHoney Silk Facial Serum is fantastic, however when I go to order it I continuously run into issues and their customer support is HORRIBLE. Every time I order I am given incorrect tracking information, then reach out many times to which I get no replies. It takes on average 5/6 times of reaching out before they reply. This is with calling, emailing their direct email and using their 'contact us' on their website. Fantastic product but their customer service is severely lacking. I am in Canada and cannot find this product anywhere else and nor have I found something similar that I love as much, so I tend to order 4-5 at once. It would be nice to order and not run into issues.
